Minecraft has hit 25 million registered users! As the game grows, so does the player-base; it wasn't even a month ago that Minecraft saw 20 million registered users - 5 million newcomers in a month is no small feat.

Earlier this month, we saw the wildly popular Minecraft: Pocket Edition clear 1 million sales as well; it quickly became the Android Market's most worldwide-downloaded app. The Survival Mode update to the game makes Pocket Edition more of an action-oriented experience, with health bars, weapons and animals included, as well as the addition of more blocks from the PC version of the game. Creative mode continues to see improvements as well.

It's almost impossible to really grasp the totality of how far Minecraft has come, and how much Mojang has grown. What will the next major landmark be for the smash-hit sandbox game, and the blockbusting team behind it?

Amazing work Mojang. You've really shown great initiative. It has been a long 3 year road since I bought Minecraft, and I knew from what was a small company grew to a great community of fans! 5 million more people registed? In a month!? Just goes to show the love spreading amongst the world.

I await to see further progress in sales though, I despise cracked accounts and the like. I bet it's just for people to learn how to play Classic I guess. Posted Image

Hmmm..... 5M in a month huh? Well then, lets say that month is 30 days, so which means 5,000,000 divided by 30 is... Holy cow, 166666 people register A DAY!!! A DAY!!!!! Wow, i'm very impressed. MC is getting more popular these days, all thanks to Mojang for all their hardwork and dedication they put into this game.

as much as i love how big minecraft's becoming, your just gonna get all the noobs telling you that they know everythin and how your doing somethin wrong because they do it a different way and have never seen old-school minecraft
