Should host this somewhere other than PMC. It's not responding and not letting me download the pack. Anyone else having this issue?

EDIT: Yeah... They're having SQL errors. Lol, lovely.

EDIT EDIT: Santiago, please re-up this to a more reliable website like Dropbox, mediafire, or elsewhere. I just spent 20mins worth of timeouts/SQL errors/and 404 errors on PMC. It'd make it way easier.

    K. For all the children that think I don't like the wool blocks being pillar tops, let me reiterate the biggest key point to this:
"Although I think the pillar-top wool blocks are cool and all..."

Implying that I meant go ahead, keep it, but an alternative would be nice. Context clues are a crazy, insanely useful tool, maybe some people here should actually look into it.

So I get the point, stop being redundant about what everyone else has said in reply to my post(including myself, even! holy cow!) because I was already implying an alternative. In-fact, I'm pretty sure he would provide an alternative simply based off my suggestion as he is a professional artist after-all.

Otherwise, I look forward to actually using this pack, because I think it's wicked as hell looking, and I love the concept of it.

Although I think the wool being pillar-tops is cool and all, I just can't stand the fact that it's going to entirely destroy anything made out of wool.
I really, really, really wish people who make post-apoc texture packs would keep the blocks as what they are, because that's the best way to keep it, as it doesn't destroy the feel. Revamping entire textures and re-purposing blocks that otherwise had no problem being what they were already is incredibly annoying, and it leaves a huge bad taste in a lot of peoples' mouths after they realize how stupid it ends up looking.
So please, keep the wool as wool, cobble as some type of stone, etc. Otherwise, it's really a bad idea in the end. Go to some multiplayer servers that utilize wool for floors, and you'll see what I mean.

TL;DR: Re-purposing blocks ends up making the texture pack way to proprietary. Don't do it, please.

They both use the same registered skin.

do you know where Minecraft Classic via the browser saves its files at?

was playing mc classic then went back to mc survival, and my arms appear to be turned around 180degrees or something, and the skin isn't messed up either. here's a screenshot:

was wondering if maybe mc classic shares files with mc survival for some stupid reason, or the same directory, so maybe i could delete some files to fix this or is there any other fix?

    edit:here's another image:

I've only gotten the helmet somewhat done I guess for this pack. Some things have came up in real life that I have to tend to immediately, and I won't be able to finish this armor texture. Any of you are more than welcome to use this in any possible way, except commercially, and just that you give credit to me if it is used. I know it's just the helmet, but I dont think it'd look to shabby for the dark pack. The contrast/saturation might have to be tweaked.

Enjoy, and best of luck to everybody working on this pack, I really hope it pulls through!

It might be a while before I get finished with the iron armor, having a bit of trouble with inspiration. I support and encourage anyone to submit their own armor works aswell. The more textures, the better the choices for people.

You must be new here and decided not to read OP. This isn't a thread for these stupid "Remix" packs, this is a thread for a continuation of an excellent texture pack. Those textures are from GeruDoku or some other alteration "Remix" of doku's textures.

Read before you think about posting.

Okay, so here's what I've got done for today. Doing stuff in this style gives me a headache, but if I keep at it I can have the Iron Armor done this week.

    Hope you like it.

I've finished a bit more work on the Iron Armor's helmet, will be posting a screenshot later tonight. The design for the helmet is still a skull, however I revised it a bit, and fixed the eyehole problem that was previously there. Thanks for the feedback and patience.

Yeah I'd like to join in on this. I'm not 100% great at doing texturework, but I'm working on the Iron Armor at the moment. I spent a good 1-2hrs last night studying Doku's techniques, (Which is mainly lighting) and I believe I've got it down pretty good. Here's a screenshot of what I have so far, and it isn't much, but any suggestions/critique is welcome. It's been a long time since I've seriously done pixel art.

There's some adjusting that needs to be done on it, example: the eyeholes need to be moved up by a pixel, and I need to trim the faceplate "Cheekbones" back a bit farther. I'm going for a skull look for the helmet, the rest will follow a standard style.

(EDIT: I'd love to add that, you can use Doku's original tiles as a color palette/template. PLEASE keep to the original color palette/template!! I cannot stress how important that is. It's a very stylized pack, and you need to operate in that style. Do some studying on his blocks like I did, it's VERY useful. I don't want to see some ******** coloration or "I added noise" to things.)

[Edit: It'll be easier if the textures that people do work on are in the base "Light" pack first, and the "High" and "Dark" packs come later, since they either only change color or contrast, or add in a small detail. The Light pack is the base Doku started with, make it easier on yourself and use that as a base aswell.]

I think they'd have to misinterpret pretty ****ing hard.

The only people who will find endermen racist are either trying to be funny or looking way too hard for something to get pissy about.

I don't think this is an even semi-valid reason to censor something.

Lots of shows in the 90's got axed for "Homosexual overtones" that really aren't there to begin with. I mean, people like that do exist, and they do sit there and reallllllllllllly look at something just to get pissy about it. Def not a valid reason to censor something, I just stated some could take it that way.
