Hetzner sells some really cheap servers. But they all have desktop specs so many clients will not like that.

This is caused when the client tries to connect using ipv6. The most frequent cause of this relating to java is a specific program called "RelevantKnowlege" go into your control panels add or remove programs and remove it.

Sorry, we are not a licensed company. However most other hosts listed in the "other hosts" section do not have valid business licences either.
Regarding reliability we accept payment through paypal meaning you can file a dispute and get your money back if we turn out to be fake, which we are not.
