You have a point, the enderdragon is too easy to kill, i mean if you were armour it doesn't do anything. I mean the only thing that would bother you in the end would be the endermen. The enderdragon needs a serious and i support it breathing enderfire.
The Wither isn't that hard to beat - I did it with two potions of regeneration and minimumly enchanted diamond armor and sword (by minimally, I mean 3-5 levels apiece). I didn't even have blast protection. Oh, and about a stack of arrows and a power 1 bow.
The Enderdragon is tough mainly because it can heal so quickly if you don't take out those towers, and if you slip up even once or twice you have other mobs to deal with as well. I find the Enderdragon a lot harder to beat than the Wither.
Not true, how can it be hard to beat, when it cant attack you? I killed the enderdragon and the only thing hard about it was the amount of time it took, due to the fact that i had to destroy all his regen crystals and then try to kill him while avoiding endermen and the fact that he runs away all the time.
As you can probably guess from my title i'm thinking about paint. Okay so have you ever wanted to build a strong, multicolored house, but you couldn't because you cant color anything except wool. The problem with this is that wool is very flammable and it very weak, so i came up with the idea of paint.
I got my idea from snow, when it snows the snow covers the ground and it leaves a layer of white on top of the block it lands on, so how about paint is just like snow its a layer on top of the block, now you can build a house out of cobblestone, paint it and it would be strong and still look good. Or you could build with endstone, everyone knows how endstone has a higher blast resistance that cobblestone, but most people don't build with it because it just doesn't look good.
= bucket of water
= any dye
Now paint would be crafted like this . With a bucket of water at the bottom and two of any dye on top. NOTE: YOU CANNOT MIX COLORS, this isn't dyeable leather, the two colors have to be the same. After you've crafted it you would get a bucket of paint.
Now to use the paint you need a paintbrush which would be crafted like this.
=string
=stick
To use the paint you need to of course have the paintbrush in your hand and a bucket of paint in your inventory, for right now you can only carry one bucket of paint at a time because i dont know how the game is suppose to know which paint bucket you want to use. When you want to paint a block you click on it with the paintbrush and the paint will cover the block, you can easily destroy it like snow. Items can still be put on the wall that is painted. Each bucket of paint will be able to paint 20 blocks before it runs out. It will have a health bar like any tool, when the paint runs out completely you will be left with an empty bucket.
So yeah thats my idea, hope people like it or at least give it a chance.
I like this idea. I saw a post similiar to this, and in that they were talking about how cows should drop cowhides instead of leather, and cowhides could be crafted into leather. I'm thinking that cows should drop 1-3 cowhides and each one can be crafted into 5 leather by putting it into the crafting square.
After all now that leather is needed for making books its really annoying how hard it is to obtain. Mojang should really consider this.
this is good i like the werewolf idea the best, but they should be a little weaker. Plus endermen should spawn more often and teleport. Like they teleport behind you, hit you, and as soon as you turn to face them their behind you again. That would be fun, two of them doing that would test you. you could be dead in seconds
Ever since 1.7.3, I've wanted them to add a demon MOB to the Nether that summons zombies and blasts you with fireballs, and you reminded me of this.
I think that the witch is fine. Witches are simply testificates who use potions for evil, and (HOPEFULLY) they'll be found all over the overworld in the dark. And I love the witches because they're not just one sided -- they drink potions to protect themselves from fire, drink their health back, and throw poison and damage potions at you. They're great.
However though, I do really want more MOBs that fight with some intelligence and use multiple ways to kill you and protect themselves. Its not only challenging, its also badass. Imagine if skeletons pulled out iron swords when you came close to them and started slicing you until you moved back away, or if zombies puked poisonous pile on you before dying and then exploded, or if endermen extended out claws and sliced your head off... BRUTAL
But thats enough of my rambling. TL;DR: I think the witch is perfect, and it really shouldn't go any further into the stereotypical direction.
Wow i love those ideas. I mean when i fight in minecraft i want a challenge and surprises, like i'm killing a skeleton, i go in for the kill blow and he just pulls out a sword or does something to turn the whole fight around. That would be exciting. You know, something to make the fight memorable and make me feel like i just did something after i killed him.
I agree with this, i myself don't have a problem with slimeballs because i made a slime farm, but i do think that slimes should spawn more.
I said i made a slime farm, but the thing was it took me a long time because first i had to learn about slime chunks, then i had to find one, then clear a large area, and finally light it up. The thing is slimes are too rare, i mean slime chunks aren't exactly rare, but slimes actually spawn less than other mobs. I looked it up on the wiki.
What i dont get is why slime balls are and end-game item, it makes no sense. Slimes are weak and slimeballs aren't op the only op thing they offer are magma cream and even then you have to kill a blaze before you can make it.
