    Survival Wings

    Fixed a bug with SpaceCore crashing when selected on the mods menu (and also crashing LunatriusCore on the mods option screen).

    Probably not, but there's probably a way to do it with MineTweaker. At some point I'm going to look into that and post some information on how.

    Pets not dying is intentional, unless I'm misunderstanding you. The void doesn't even work; they just float there.

    As for the attacking shenanigans... that's very bizarre. :P I don't know why they would be attacking when they aren't involved at all, but I added a safeguard to make sure they at least won't attack their owners.

    I also made them forget their target when they are told to sit. That at least should help, until I can find a more definitive cause.

    I don't know of any direct incompatibilities, at least at the moment.

    I have had a fairly popular (approx. 100+ downloads per day, 1.6.4 version) modpack in rotation since 1.5.2 that I am currently working on a 1.7.10 version of. I would like to add this modpack to the FTB launcher this time around and will need permissions for all included mods.

    I LOVE your mod and it adds perfectly to my pack that focuses on exploration.

    Updates!

    For SpaceCore I did some re-arranging of stuff, so all the mods need updating.
    In addition, Useful Pets also has the crashing bug fixed.

    Component Equipment has been updated to 1.7.10 now. This is (mostly) just a port, no new content yet. Armor has been changed (and isn't backwards compatible), now it uses one material per armor piece. You can only get vanilla armors at the moment, as I'm going to be changing the crafting again soon. The current one is just temporary, as the documentation says.

    I also haven't tested any of the "addon" content (Thermal Expansion, Thaumcraft, etc.)... I hope it works. :P

    I'm not sure if you mean prevent modded potions or allow Enviromine water (which aren't potions, or they would work too). Either way, no, it is not possible.

    I still enjoy modding. What I dislike is updating my mods. This is why Useful Pets got a slight content update before everything else was updated. This is part of the reason my mod count exploded during 1.6.

    To stay modding, I need to get out of the "updating" phase quicker. Which means reducing how many I update.

    Here's what I plan on keeping updated:
    • SpaceCore - Obviously.
    • Useful Pets - My most polished mod.
    • Component Equipment - Maybe my favorite mod.
    • Survival Wings - Fairly simple and unique.
    • Biome Wand - See above.

    I will probably keep these updated:
    • Toggle Spawners - Fairly simple, and somewhat practical (map making, as Taiine originally suggested).
    • Text Formatting - Not really too important (+ASM is a pain), but it has been the mod I've been most requested to update.

    And what I won't... Well:
    • Named Entity Labels - ASM again, and this is fairly useless (practically speaking).
    • Third Person Camera - ASM again, and for this mod extremely fragile.
    • Auto-Fisher - More useful in 1.7, but it is utterly broken, and really not that important (to me).
    • Connected Glass - Did you know that Immibis has one of these? :P Mine is also broken anyways.
    • Wind Waker - Fun to make, but I don't possess the graphical capabilities to reasonably remake it without directly using its assets (like another mod out there), which I don't want to do. I may come back to this in the future.
    • More Potion Types - Every potion ID is used up in 1.8. I don't want to do MORE ASM to hook into the brewing process.
    • Toxic Rain - I just don't feel like it. If enough people want it again I might consider it.
    • Condensed Potions - A potion stack size mod would be much cleaner, and probably exists.
    • Everlasting Tools - It either can either only work on specific types of items (and not some mod items), or everything with a durability (someone pointed out TE energy cells!). Not really ideal.
    • Decorative Stuff - I made this for ModJam 1, and I do somewhat want to keep it updated. However, I wasn't aware BiblioCraft even existed until after I finished my armor stands. They do work differently (them and the plates)... But meh. I might come back to this eventually as well, as some things (like what Taiine suggested) I would like to implement.
    • Spelunker Dimension - The performance is terrible, and the code is a mess. :P
    • Chunk-in-a-jar - The code is TERRIBLE on this, and needs completely rewriting. 1.8 would be fairly bad, too (but not as much).
    • Larger Inventory/Hotbar - There is no way this can be compatible much with anything. :P
    • EnderTech - Another ModJam mod, but no one really understood the tubes. The main feature I wanted was this, but I never got it working great and would be even more work than Chunk-in-a-jar, maybe even impossible in this case (when it comes to compatibility with other mods).
    • ??? - An unreleased dimension mod. I may snatch the code and make it into a world type though.

    I going to go ahead and restructure the mods submenu on my site to reflect this, and hopefully within the next day or two begin updating the last few. Component Equipment is going to be receiving some changes before it gets released though, because the current armor system is silly and somewhat broken.

This are all just balance ideas but you get the idea. I might be mistaken but I beleive you can detect when a player is flying and then make him get hungry faster.

    I got this idea after playing with Atomic Stryker Minion mod. At first it seems like cheating, having your minions mining so fast for you, but then you notice the balance with the hunger, forcing you to work for food in other ways. Aplied to your survival wings mod, it would mean less crafting and more flying and hunting and munching. :)

    Once I get back into modding, I'll try to remember to implement an option for that.

    (And I know I don't have the latest version of spacecore, but I have tried it with that version as well, and still crashed.)

    I'm not really sure what the issue is. Do you have any other mods that change the behavior of glass? Pane in the Glass might mess it up, but I've never tried it personally.
