Too Stronkk Gaming is a group of friends who decided they didn't like the way most Minecraft servers were being run. So, a group of us decided that we would run a Minecraft server the way we thought it should be done.
Our server is a prison/factions server. You have to rank up in the prison to earn your freedom and right to play in the factions world. This acts as a cheater/hacker filter. We're a close knit community of legitimate Minecraft players. We ban hackers immediately and permanently and without warning. We take the legitimacy of the game very seriously and it is our top priority.
You will need to find three Carltonian bases and raid them for the three dragon's eggs, named after the three dragons of Daenerys Targaryen, Drogon, Rhaegal and Viserion. These bases will be made available after the 2nd of October.
Still playing this server and it's still awesome. I've made lots of "friends" and a few "enemies" *points to nisho* along the way. Plus I won real money from a comp. Everyone should come for the start of the new scavenger hunt comp.
Due to console getting hacked and spawn world edited away, server has been down for a few weeks.
But we are up and running again, brand new spawn should be open soon. Until then temp spawn and warps are available.

What is your biggest flaw when it comes to being staff on a minecraft server?: Honestly my own internet connection, I'm currently deployed overseas, which has it's benefit of lots of down time to play, but uncontrollable, and unreliable internet access. But it will be better in a little over a month when I go home for good.
Scenarios: A player joins, and claims to be a review from planet minecraft, and asks to be OP, what do you do: Get name and double check with PMC to see if he really is areviewer. Then only give him creative to be able to fly, escort him around while he reviews, remove creative mode upon completion of review.
A player is harassing another player, what do you do?: Depending on rules for server. We mute and jail, temp ban if it persists, full ban if it still hasn't been resolved.
A veteran player has just been caught xraying, what do you do?: Same 3 strike rule, Jail, temp ban, full ban if it persists.

Best advice I can give is be with friends and family if that's an option for you, whether it be on a silly game like MineCraft, Farmville, or Call of Duty. Don't just lock yourself away in a room drink mountain dew and sulk.
