Hello I'm skye, Aka skyboyfly, today I'm calling all city builders. I am creating a entire modern city for a custom game mode. (By modern I mean like New York City modern, not modern modern)
Through my 4 years of MC, I've found people love custom things, which is what I'm trying to do, I've also found the more genres/categorys you slam in a server the more player base you get, as many players usually search for 1 particularly category. So what I try to do in my servers is get aspects of all those games and put them into one custom one.
What will the game mode be- Well our brand will be "creating your criminal empire"
Game-Play
It will include A factions like group (Gang) manager, Where there will be group funds, you will be able to sell/loan funds, there will be the BEST economy of any server, including inflation (The value of money will go up or down) You will be able to most of everything. You will be able to buy and rent and then customize your apartment/house the way you want it, with furniture from furniture stores around the city. There will be so many great things to do in this server, making it "Play your way"
3D textures
We plan on having functional 3D cars, and we all ready have over 50 3D gun models ready, and planning to add over 65 guns in all.

Hello, my name is skye, A.K.A. sky. I am a 3 Modeler, pro. builder, texture artist, amateur Graphic artist, and world painter. I am creating a new game-mode that has never even been attempted. Over my years on minecraft I've found people love custom things, since there is no other place you can ever find them. I have also found that gathering/creating something that already has fans of, can help your player base grow rapidly. So let me dive right on in. I am wanting to create a Vietnam: warfare, I already have the texture pack made/and 3d guns; although it's not done completely. I am going to be having COD: Black Ops guns. to have fans from call of duty want to play the game, the game will be a Capture-the-flag realistic survival/factions, some of the ideas I want for it, is airstrikes/mortar strikes/ nap-om bombs, with commands like: /as -123042,-2314313,10 and there would be a lightning blot there, and then a bunch Explosions fall from the sky. I would love to have items have weight to them, to have a realistic weight to where the XP bar would be there weight, and the more weight they have the slower they would be. I would love to have 1 primary/1 secondary/ 1 melee allowed in the hot-bar at 1 time, and to where the ammo for the guns would have to be in the hot-bar. I want like blood loss, and drugs, to where cocain would increase blood flow if your bleeding, so it would increase the rate at which you bleed out. I have so many ideas. I'm not going over the actual game ideas it-self as I've had other people copy my ideas. Unfortunately I won't be able to pay you (untill the server makes money) as I will have to pay for the 124$ server. Why would you help me make the server? and create a new entire game? How can you be certain the server will even make money? I can't be certain if the server will, but unlike all those other servers, they don't have owners with the right mindset, and will to survive and thrive. You should honestly want to help the server, and create a new game, cause it could and will become something great. All I need is the right people. When the server does start making money, you will be payed as much as I can give you. I am a professional builder, advertiser manager/good at knowing what people want, Idea maker, 3D modeler, a bit of a texture pack artist, writer, and just starting to make MC-pictures. I'm making a new network, first I'm going to make a server based off of a show "Into the Badlands" I need PRO. builders/coders/texture pack artist. This will be the first of it's kind, it will take lots of work, dedication, and a will to let it thrive. Everything will have to be custom to minecraft. Considering this is the first of it's kind.If you are considering on applying to be part of something new, great, and innovative, Please read below. Why should you join? You should join because this is unique, people today love uniqueness, this network/server won't be your typical prison/factions/creative/survival/ ect. This will be new, innovative, and great. To do this we will need the best people, to make sure of this, I will NOT be hiring Mods/admins/owners/head's off of a website, as that can be very unwise and very unsecured, to let people you barley know to have vast power over players and your server is quite dumb. This server will be different than most, every move/path/decision will be thought through thoroughly before innovated into, or brought into the server/network.

I want them like the servers "miningdead.com" texture-pack, I want it literally like that, but not copied, you can use it as a back-bone, or back layer.
Builders: I need professional builders, if you can not build professionaly you will be denied,you have to be able to build at a certain level of building skills, is what I mean by professionaly.

Ahh I love people like you guys... AKA LegitRisk, blazius, Your getting people on a website thats filled with frauds, cheats, power crazy people. People who ask for the most ridiculous positions, meaning random people who you know nothing about, nor do you even know if they know what that position really entitles or what there supposed to even do for it. Yes thats a "legit-risk" your taking by doing this from a website. I suggest only having people you trust as a mod+. And even then you can't be sure if there trust worthy (as I have met some really really bad people on minecraft), part of the problem though with people you trust, is most times there your friends. As many friends do... You fight eventually, what happened when you fight? Action > Reaction > Action > Reaction > Action > Reaction, and continues into madness untill someone has the balls to say sorry. But at times it never gets that way, because one of you have done something irreversible (in this case grieving the server). Thats part of the reason you don't go into buisness with someone as your "friend", other reasons include sometimes people would rather keep there friends than there company (server) aloft. Meaning they would rather say yes to there friends than say no to there company. toodles.
Also my personal favorite: i own a server i know lots of thing about running one
