Hello everyone. I will be doing my first ever live stream starting now. I will be playing MC with various tech like mods. I am not however playing Technic. Hope you come around and give me some suggestions. I would love to take suggestions from viewers.
Me and my friend Zeelix attempted this map on a server i hosted. We got to round 25 before dying, it was very fun and i would really look forward to new maps for this mod. The lava moat is not overpowered, especially at rounds 15+. Usernames are Skooter1000 and Zeelix.
First off I have owned two separate servers myself. They were not very popular in all honesty. Just some 10 slot vanilla survival servers with some admin assistance plugins like worldedit and essentials. I am very familiar with those plugins. I know how to fix things if they get messed up. Specifically griefing or other mishaps. I only had 3 or so moderators on both occasions. They were mature moderators like me. I can use them as references if required.
I am a fair person. Disputes are resolved equally and logically. I would never intentionally cause the server any harm such as griefing or driving away members. In my opinion, the players are the life force of a server and should be treated with respect. On the other hand though, if any problems should arise I will not hesitate to deal with them.
That basically sums it up for my past experience and methodology. I am loving the server so far. Great place to play.
Edit: Oh and most of the time I stick with the style of the server. In this case it is tekkit survival. So even if I become an admin I will still be playing legitimately.
Ok thanks. It would appear that fire and lava are disabled therefore leaving no access to the nether. Could a moderator come light my portal? Or perhaps fire could be enabled.
Maturity Level: Very high but I do enjoy the occasional swear word or dirty joke

Buildcraft experience (Post some pictures of what you’ve built using buildcraft ONLY): I don't have many imaged of just buildcraft alone. I will try to single out some that feature BC more than any other.
This last one is of a massive cobble generator I made to supply EE with cobble.
Industrialcraft2 experience (Post some pictures of what you’ve build using Industrialcraft2 ONLY): I also don't take many pictures of my IC2 creations. I can only find this one in my gallery.
Why you want to join: I want to join a community who plays with tekkit without the worry of my creations being ransacked. I would also like to be able to show off my creations. I am also very knowledgeable about all of the tekkit/technic pack mods and can help others if they ask.
Why you should be accepted: I should be accepted because I'm not a 9 year old kid who whines about everything. I also think I would make a great addition.
If you were an animal, what animal would you be and why: I would be a cat because I like cats.
What would you bring to RamboSmurf: I would bring my experience as well as my ability to learn things I have never encountered before.
Age: 20 Got skype or any other voice chatting system: Yes I have a skype, and a working microphone. Experience: I have played Minecraft since just before Alpha was released.

o.0 Haha. More the second than the first since I am here typing. I start working soon. Like in a few hours soon. I am changing hosts because of yours and others dissatisfaction with the current one. I was browsing and I think I might even save money. But I have to have money before I can save it. So the server will be off for a few days. I'm hoping to get it up ASAP but I'm not making any promises with a date. It will be back up. I enjoy hosting for everyone. I enjoy giving players a nice experience and I'm not about to just walk away from that. I just need time to figure it out.
I will put it up later today. It will be 1.8 vanilla. If 1.9 drops today or tomorrow I will update it as well. It will be on but will not have bukkit. I will also post the new new ip here. (I know there was already a new ip but the host's service providers decided to change it and they couldn't do anything about it.)
Actually, scratch what I just said. The server will stay off until bukkit updated to 1.9. Most people will update MC anyway so the server will be up when bukkit updates.
Oh yes, I've been super busy finding a job irl and working real problems out... and also playing singleplayer very heavily with several awesome mods. I promise I'll get it on this weekend. It is mostly working fine I just need to fiddle with some things and make it work the way I have it pictured in my head. I'll update here as soon as its up.
I was kinda holding out for 1.9 but most of the things on the server wont be updated soon for that anyway so its just going to stay 1.8 for awhile. And depending on how long that takes (not terribly long I imagine) it might, not very likely though, stay 1.8 until MineCon. I don't foresee this happening though.
It is not offline permanently. Only for awhile while I figure some things out. The sub for it ran out and I'm working on some money problems at the moment so give me a few days.
