I don't see how anything aerodynamics related is appropriate for the minecraft setting. The best I could imagine is something Icarus style and shabby, where you are 80% likely to crash-land, let alone glide.
Too many are OP or superfluous. The cannon for example. I would also like to know how poison would work on skeletons and zombies. Overall not much to offer.
All of these weapons can be toned down to do less damage or have less range. I explained how the poison worked. Any Mob/player that is hit by a poison dart would loose health and speed. Every second a mob looses half a heart. The poison would only be effective for 6 seconds so a mob would only loose 3 1/2 hearts from poisoning.
I meant how does it make sense that poison would hurt a zombie or a skeleton?
I understand that alot people dont think we should be able to sleep during the day but i dont understand why
The whole purpose of sleeping is to skip night and reach day.
And this isn't worth implementing. Modders might latch onto it, maybe.
There are a few ways to keep it from getting in the way of the bed's purpose. One would be when you enter the dream world you are right next to your bed, which you can use again to return to the real world. Another would be to have a randomly occurring portal spawn next to you like a mob does when you don't light the sleeping area enough.
I like this a lot, not sure about bringing blocks back to the real world though.
Thanks For The Support
and Im Not Saying all blocks but maybe some blocks that would have special effects in the real world I.E. would phase in and out
Perhaps you couldn't take blocks out in your inventory, but where you place certain blocks in the dream world could have a special effect/property in the real world.
Also to expand on your altered reality ideas, maybe you would start with a random inventory, certain mobs would be invincible, cobblestone rooms that you have built would turn into dungeons. Make it like a real dream, where very little, if anything, makes sense. (creepers that drop pork and skeletons that explode)

i don't think he knows what a hand cannon was.
why would a hand held cannon be more powerful then a bomb? and why would a regular cannon, which must always be more powerful than a hand cannon, be more powerful then said bomb. i always imagined the cannon as a TNT shooter that did less damage, and a hand cannon as a more damaging/slightly longer range weapon, that was more inaccurate.
Maybe a hand canon would remove one block. Has anyone on this thread read or seen Berserk? I imagine it would be something like the cannon in his artificial forearm, only weaker, because Guts is a beast.

This idea sucks and you really didn't think it through at all if you call it race change and then rage at us when we say that races suck and say they aren't races.
Minecraft doesn't need fishmen or demons. Just make a skin. We don;t need attributes and classes.
I've changed the title, as it was inappropriate. As for the idea, a lot of people have requested that there be races or classes, but the basis behind survival is the things that define your character are what you craft and what tools you use.
This would allow races and different abilities, but still require you to find the right materials and craft the necessary components to get there.
As for attributes, whenever you equip an item, or put on some armor your attributes change.
And if you take on the characteristics of a race, guess what? You're that race.
So if I give myself a perm and rub black-face on myself I'll change race?
No. A hairstyle and fake color over uncolored skin =/= race characteristics.
And a true demon would have hooves fire breath and evil eyes, but the only physical change for the demon potion is the horns. A full race change would require a skin change, drinking a potion just gives you some of the characteristics of the race. Another example is the merman, he only has a few extra fins, not the whole fish tail.

Definitely more suited to skin changes.
