How about the long range challenge, where you can only use Bows, Splash Potions, and any other long range weapon, but you can't attack anything using melee. Keep in mind, you can still get a sword to cut cobwebs, but you can't attack with it. Same with axes, picks, spades, and hoes, you can get materials with them, but can't attack.
Useable weapons: Bow, Splash Potion, Flint and Steel, TNT, Fire Charges, and redstone if you want to use traps.
