From what I know, as it should be, that my e-mail hasn't changed.
I no longer have access to my transaction ID as I never got an email for it and my transaction history doesn't go back that far.
I got MC when it was in Alpha.
Edit: Whenever I do Forgot PW, or Username, it has my email on file.
If your email is on file than they are sending you one.
Have you tried checking you Junk Mail? Also check to see if you have anything set up for emails from them, like auto archiving them to a folder or something.

OT: Your son probably got himself hacked by sharing his password or having something simple like 12345. If you really want to get back into the game quickly, instead of demanding amazing support from and INDIE company. Buy another copy. :3

Than you sir are a moron, basically what you are saying is that, since they have sh*t for a support staff that if you have a problem that you should just give them more money.
F$ck that, I have only ever played on my own computer via the downloaded copy that you can get after successfully signing in to Minecraft for the first time. This means that I have never played on a server.
Yet my password and email have both been changed. No I do not use something simple like 1234 for a password if you do than you are stupid, ignorant, or a child who just simply doesnt know better. Since you cant change the email on an account from the website.
That means that poor security on the server, a powerful computer, where the database is, a location where all of the user names and passwords are for all Minecraft accounts, got hacked and that my information was changed in someway.
It would be stupid for me to just buy a new account, they are the ones who got my account compromised and they should fix it.
They only way to change the email address on with your Minecraft account is to hack into their user database and change it. Which is sadly what someone did to me and now i am unable to recover my account.
So a few days ago I discovered that I can no longer log into my Minecraft Account.
At first I thought I was just entering my password incorrectly, so I went to the support and entered my email address to have my password sent to me. However when I enter my email address the website comes back saying my email address is no longer on record.
I put it a support ticket to them at minecraft.net/support
Its been a couple of days since than, and I'm wondering how long does this usually take?
