MCPatcher is the problem, as the error log says(bolded text):

Remove MCPatcher and install Optifine. Its a great alternative, not that it has all the functions of MCPatcher, but it doesnt mess with any mods and it increases your FPS twice. Its a mod, just install it like every mod you do.
When I was at version 1.4.6, my Minecraft could load any texture pack up to 128x128 resolution. But when I installed 1.4.7, it doesnt want to load anymore. Minecraft just crashes every time I try to load a world. Even 32x32 texture packs wont work. The only mod I have is Optifine. I have a WinXP 32-bit with 8GB of RAM. Any help?
Backup your saves then remove the whole .minecraft folder. Reinstall Minecraft and then install your mods. Launch Minecraft. This mostly fixes the problem, but if not, update your Java. If it isnt updated, reinstall it.
Also another problem can be that you have Windows 8. Maybe Minecraft still isnt supporting it.
Hmmm, I had the same problem in 1.4.2, but now on 1.4.6 for me its working fine... Well, if files and configs from previous versions of your mods still stay in your .minecraft folder, that may be the problem. Backup your saves folder and other important stuff, and then remove the entire .minecraft folder. Then reinstall Minecraft and install Forge and SPC. If that doesnt work, ask someone smarter...
So I am having this very annoying problem. When I open a chest, furnace, workbench or my inventory I need to wait like 5 seconds for the GUI to open up. I tried disabling all the mods but the problem still stays. This started since I updated to 1.4.6, and its freaking me out... Any solutions?

I already know there is a anaglyph 3D option in minecraft, but graphics are too messy.
So It would be cool to add stereoscopic 3D option, cause stereoscopic 3D doesn't have messy graphics.

Looks like falling sand crashes your Minecraft. Well, I dont know how to fix it. Maybe it is because you have Windows 8?

It isnt the file, its your pc. Do you have WinZip, WinRar, 7-Zip or anything like that?
