You can't have moer than 1 IP per computer...
That's like having more than one address for your house.
What you can do though, is run another server from another port.
The standard port is 25565, you could also run one on 25566, or 9562, or 64528, or any other number you can think of... I can only think of that many because I'm stupid.

Use Zombe’s flymod to fly, and single player commands for warping (in single player). I don’t know what you’d use for that in SSP. For a server, you give them your IP address, but make sure it’s the external one, not the internal. Hope that helps.

How do You get to your world to copy it to the folder?
As I said earlier: "To copy a Single Player save over to your server, simply copy which world you want into the folder you keep your Minecraft_Server.exe/.jar in, and rename it to "world" with no numbers."
Your saves are located in Application Data/.minecraft/saves
But how do you get to the folder where it saves your singleplayer worlds?
