yeah, if your save wolrd its saved online, that way you could play mainecraft from any computer with internet access. this could also help to advertis. yeah, i know that worlds can be from 3mb to 100mb but, with a 1 tb disk drive you can save a LOT of wolrds, imaging that a person have 5 5mb worlds, it will be 25mb in total, in a 1tb disk drive it will be 41943 users aproximately, since we have 1m users it will be about 24 disk drive of 1 tb. or maybe less. please, someone consider this.
hi, im playing minecraft for a long time an im thinking in a few improvement, such as making a friend list in smp
this is very usefull, when you meet someone and his very friendly, you maight want to add him as a friend, when in the frienlist you can see who is online and what server they are, you can join his server of you can chat with him
also is a good idea to follow someone, you left click him and you can follow trade private chat etc,
adding currency, ive considere this alot, how about in smp you can trade with an npc, like notch been a npc or game maste, you can buy meat stone iron etc exept gold becasue you make coins out of gold.
how about saving you favorite servers in a list and having there current status, like the amount of people connected and if is offline etc... any better idea you can put it down...-
the gold, in this game doesnt really have usefull uses, armor wepons tools are verry bad if crafted with gold. the golden apple can be simplified and instead of crafting it with a gold block crafting it with gold ingots will be better, also the use of the golden apple can be to revive you when you are down, there is nothing so anoying that when you die with 64 dimonds in an unknown cave... i mean, if you had a golden apple in your inventory you will be revived and you can make your way out. its just a seggestion...

i really wont like to bring down this post but, here are some things to consider. but i read all this post, and didnt undestand anything
first of all this game is minecraft, this is not call of duty. i really like the creativity.
if you put all this thounsands of ideas in a game, ill take forever to try each one of them before you get bored of this game. i think notch wont put this ideas in the games beacuse it will lose the simplicity (if it has) and the fun of each little thing this game have. ill suggest re reading this thread and make a summary out of it, and keed doing the summary of this thread every 100 post. it took like 30minutes to read this.
