I've been working on getting Torch Levers to Minecraft 1.8.9 and was going to update them both together to 1.9 and 1.10. I'm not sure how long that will take though and can probably spend some time in August looking into moving Maker's Mark ahead to 1.9 and 1.10. If I do that though, there wont be any content updates until after I update my entire development environment to 1.10, but that was probably the case anyway.
Thanks for letting me know. I did leave a bit of feedback on your site about the matter.
Please put 2.0 in 1.7.10, what's the problem with that?
The problem is that, as he stated on the FAQ of his website, he wouldn't be able to update the mod very quickly due to it being fragmented over different versions, hence why he is only working on one version.
Speaking of which: I don't mean to be that guy, HitchH1k3r, but do you have an ETA on 1.9/1.10.2 (they both work the same)?
Actually, I've assembled my own modpack and added Forge Essentials for Anti-Griefing protection.
I believe it should work with the mods in FTB Infinity. Except for Fastcraft 1.21. If your server has that, Forge Essentials will complain for some weird reason (unless Forge Essentials has fixed this; I am not sure). If you can, try to download the latest version of Fastcraft here.
You can download that for just the server. The clients don't need the latest version of Fastcraft to join (they don't need Forge Essentials either; it's more of a server mod).
Well, for now, I have removed Biomes O Plenty, seeing how it may be the cause of our issues.
I may need to update on this after I have thoroughly tested it.
There might be a problem with the mods or mod.Even though I run a bukkit server using 1gb to run I have all my plugins working fine and I have 15 or so, may be you have time outs Which you might know about Try using clear lag But Some times basic things are the best to try out. is the server not working or your client or both? Hoped I helped sorry if I couldn't I used to have a lot of problems like yours and these sometimes helped.
The client doesn't ever get this same error. Not that I know of. The modpack is mainly for Multiplayer.
Anyway, I am still trying to figure out what the key issue is. I may need to isolate the problem by removing certain mods.
PS. I think "Clear lag" is a Bukkit plugin. I just run a regular Forge server.
UPDATE:
Seemed to have narrowed it down a bit further. It appears to be randomly occurring when I travel in the world. But it only happens at certain chunks, and they aren't the same ones every time I reset the server.
I've never ran a 1.8 server yet, so I can't quite tell why your friends cannot connect. Does the server run normally when launched? No errors or issues to be seen?
First, Bukkit may not ever update again due to the DMCA Takedown that was given to them.
Second, what are you connected to? You usually need to portfoward to be able to host a server and allow others to join. Which kind of confuses me as to how you were able to run a server and get friends to join it in the first place. :/
Ill just ask some questions: Are these friends in the same area or far away?
Alright, so I run a private modded server where it's just me and a friend who joins it (I'm open for more people. That is, if I get this issue fixed...)
For a while now, the server has been randomly crashing for no rhyme or reason. It also seemed to be a new random message almost every time.
After attempting to pin-point it, I finally got an error message I just couldn't seem to figure out. Here is a link to the most recent log file I have: http://pastebin.com/0GeTs1KW
First, I want to say this: Don't tell me to increase the PermGen size... I've tried that in many ways possible. If this helps, these are the java arguments I use to launch the server console:

You could always try Forge Essentials. We use it for our server (at least until Sponge is stable enough).
I must warn you though, it is still a bit of a WIP mod. But this should work for most (if not all) of your mods.

As for the issue you are having in 1.6.4, I'm not sure if they will fix that. But you never know. You may need to ask them about it.

Huh. Well, I guess I can't really think of anything else. I may have to ask more questions tomorrow.

Also, as a personal preference, I usually download the .jar file instead of the .exe.
As for the LAN world, they shouldn't be able to connect so long as they are not on the same network.
EDIT: Another question. What IP do you give them? It's not the local one, right? Just wanted to make sure.

Could Biomes O' Plenty have a role in this?
