Hey,
the mod doesn't work. When I installed it, it said 'without errors'. In Minecraft I built the screen and shift-rightklicked. Then a strange pattern appeared, something like this: http://www.macbug.de...tent/pixel1.jpg
After that, I entered a website (with http://), but I didn't change and the pattern was still there. Then I rebuilt the screen and did the same thing, but now there wasn't that pattern but a small white square in one corner of the screen, but the website didn't work
Can you help me, what should I do? I have Windows 7, MC 1.6.2, the latest Forge version, etc.
I don't know if this bug has been mentioned (I don't know if its the mods fault or not) when you try to enter full screen mode in youtube the video area turns black. AMAZING mod though one of the best ever. You sir deserve all the :Flint and Steel: in the world! ( and s to)
Lol, no one mentioned it... but, I don't think I'll be able to fix that, I don't know if it's part of the flash plugin, of Awesomium, of the YouTube player or if I forgot to implement something, but it comes probably from flash, and I can't do anything for that :S

Could you make this mod work outside of the .minecraft folder, as I have loads of different instances and it does not like running outside of the .minecraft folder is comes up with this error.

It is putting the files inside the .minecraft folder and not the folder where I have the instance :/

I installed the mod and everything worked except when i built the 16x9 rectangle the screen stayed black and when i destroyed a block it flashed white. i can put in URL's but nothing else please help! (I am on windows and i am on the original launcher)

You mean ForgeCraft? Nah, it's not a technic mod, and everyone who wants to use the mod would be forced to use java 32bit, which is a little bit laggy, I don't wanna that :S But I will not hide that I would be happy to talk & play with other modders

im able to get the mod to work and run just fine but when i play a video on youtube (in game) the video says it needs Abode Flash Player to run. I installed it and it still says it needs Abode Flash Player. does anyone know why?
I have a suggestion. If you were to require java 7, you could make the browser cross platform without requiring native libraries, as it has a cross platform built in browser.
Uhh I don't think so, I need a special type of browser that can render to a texture... I don't think java's browser is able to do that, and, does it support flash ?

Ok, so new problem. Yes unchecking "Executable" is what fixed it for me so I could run the game, but now when I create the screens, when I right click on them, nothing appears on the screen. When I type in a URL (including the http:// before), still nothing happens. I have tried restarting the game several times but no use.
Mhhh... you have found a new bug in my installer ^^, but, yeah, my installer automatically checked "executable" and forced Minecraft to use a 32 bits version or Java. By unchecking this check box, Minecraft uses the 64 bits Java again, and my mod can't run correctly. You need to download a 32bit version of Java 7 by clicking on the "Windows Offline (32-bit)" link here http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp

This works great for watching movies and streaming music. i havnt tried it on a server yet,but our private server needs this. Movie theaters, Information centers,clan websites,quick access to mod crafting ect ect,this mod has so many possibilities to make a server amazing!
Problems so far is the 1gig ram lock, trying to use this mod with other mods or modpacks is next to impossible because it runs out of memory and quickly.There has to be away around this. I dont know much about java or modding but maybe ask around for some help. Someone else out there might have an idea around it?
Ive have not seen what multiple screens would do yet either,hope that is possible without lag or issues.
The huge screen works great for a theater or billboard. but you need some resizeable options, if you cant do it by blocks for now,how about a GUI screen,like a 1x1 block that looks like a monitor that you right click on and puts you in a sudo GUI screen that shows the web display?
Sound works great,but its heard all thru the world, implementing a way to control this would be great,maybe as simple as a config and adjust the audio to be heard within (insert number here) by (insert number here) blocks or radius. Or a volume "button" or remote control? and a maximum number set to like 50 x 50 blocks? eh i dont know what a reasonable number would be but im sure you get the idea.
Another cool thing would be some computercraft tie ins, like attaching a CC disk drive to save favorites,or to use your web broswer to download computercraft scripts save em to a disk drive to use like programs.
screen brightness seems to be dark sometimes, if that is just the way it is,i could live with it. i just thought i would point that out too. maybe i should try putting some torches behind the screen and see if it gets brighter,lol,JK
I know some of these things i said have been answered but i really would say they are the fall backs of this mod, dont get me wrong,you done great work and i look forward to see whats next,but these are just my ideas,and i hope they help you on your way to polish up this mod.

The problem of the 1gig lock is really annoying I know, but that comes from Java 32 bit, it is STUPID, and I can't do anything A Solution would be to tell to the @Awesomium team to move their asses and release a 64bits version of their library (don't tell that I said that XD). By the way, the next version will be less laggy.
For the size of the screen, I don't know if I will make other resolution. I'm a little bit lazy you know ^^
About the sound problem, I don't know if there is a way to change the sound volume for only one web screen.

This is a java thing The problem of adding smaller screens is that it won't respect the 16:9 aspect ratio rule, and you'll get weird screens. If I want to support other screen dimensions, I would have to support other aspect ratio.
For the mouse support question, well... you can already scroll using the scroll bar, so, I don't think I'll add a real mouse system in addition to the touch-screen system.

This seems like a pretty good mod, but I'm having a problem with it. See, it downloads fine, and it even gets an "OK" in MagicLauncher (because that's what I use), but when I try to load a new world with it, the game 'stays' at the "Loading world; Converting world" screen. I wouldn't say it's a freeze, because it closes just fine. In other words, Minecraft doesn't go unresponsive.
Magic Launcher is not supported by my installer at the moment, and there is no way to detect which launcher you are using.
o and the next time you make a installer... be smart about it sometimes people like to have a diffrent drectory than appdata/.minecraft... good luck and god help you...

Just to let u know it's deff me pc yippee been not getting bios post for about a week but still got bios beep and pc loaded fine. So thought I would leave it for a while till I could be **** to flash new bios. Then go to load today and windows gen pops up so it's detecting motherboard wrong yippee. So new board on order. The moral of the story don't ever buy a gigabyte stick with Asus or at push asrock
Also I removed mod and game would not run any more kept getting massive memory leak so did a complete reinstall of my minecraft and mods and I still get memory leaks now and game won't go past terrain loading screen it hangs or fails with server shutting down moaning about java vm again so what ever hook it uses or alike really hates my main pc lol now so will try again tomorrow to get my game running coz at moment it no longer runs with any nod installed lol wich is bloody weird
