run this scan on your PC.it will automatically detect and update.and it is safe because it is intel's.but will only work if the hardware is of intel.Then if you are still getting the problem,time to get a new graphics card!
oh i was also getting that problem.that is because you are using a LAPTOP and laptops get overheated.for that,get a cooling pad.that will help a lot.still sometimes you will sometimes be getting slow speed on very rare cases.for that restart minecraft.that will work.by the time you are getting your cooling pad,keep the laptop on your laps.that keep an airflow and will help it to prevent overheating.that ACTUALLY worked with me.and for now,just turn off your laptop for 5 mins and flip it over.so it will DE-heat and then keep it on your laps.after sometime get a cooling pad and you are done!
and yah.MOST IMPORTANT-when you are logging in,enter wrong password and play on offline mode.this really helps.then you just cant connect to online servers.when you have to play online,just enter correct pass. and play on render distance medium and short.if you play offline and have a cooling pad with render distance short or medium,BAM!!!!!you are done
