The server needs to have at least 5 slots (4 for us 1 for person hosting server) and must not be very laggy. Prefferably hosted in us but if it doesn't lag anywhere else. Think anyone could find that for me? It's would rock ;D

The best way to run a server and have it not cost any money to is to make one yourself. I would be extremely surprised if anyone even offered to use their computer resources for you and your friend... especially for free.
Making your own server is NOT that hard, assuming you aren't 10-12 years old and have to ask your daddy to change the router settings for you. I kid. But it's honestly not too tough of a job.
If you Google search "setting up a Tekkit server" I'm sure there will be several hundred results. Go out and learn something about computers/networking while you're at it too. It's more fun when you do it yourself. You learn more, and in the end its a greater accomplishment. This is coming from a guy who coded his first java game at age 13
