I've had an Aim2Game server for a couple of weeks now and it has been GREAT. The customer support is outstanding. Matt quickly respond to my questions, set up my game server, and even helped me upgrade to a higher tier package.
The server is running wonderfully and I would absolutely recommend Aim2Game for your game servers.

The customer service is very bad, it clearly stated that they offered 24 hour customer service, but when i brought it up they said they no longer offered it. This was very obnoxious in itself, but on top of that when i finally did get in a response back to my "ticket" the dude wasn't able to even help me and the problem took forever to get solved. It doesn't allow you to upload mods above a certain size, which is a really big restriction. The first server I was put on didn't work properly and they were aware of it, it took me calling them out on it for them to do something about it. I highly do not recommend Aim 2 Game.
I've been purging anywhere it states 24x7 support whenever I can find them. I think you pointed an area out and I'm pretty sure I was able to clean it up. I apologize for the issues you had. 24x7 Ticket Support
When Live chat was online, we mostly just got spam, messages we couldn't help with without a ticket (ie: Account or Server modifications. For security purposes, these can't be handled via Live Chat.), and we just use it as a short cut for folks to submit quick tickets.. which are monitored about 24x7. We have a gap of 4 hours there where. . in my 4 years of running Aim2Game has seen a ticket come in maybe.. 5-6 times.
