If when you go to replace the skin and it does not replace and stays the steve skin then it is most likely your blender version. For some reason that I'm not sure of this model does NOT work with blender version 2.75. To get a later version(I'm I'm using 2.74) go here: http://download.blender.org/release/Blender2.74/ and download the appropriate version in the zip form.[/i]Once its downloaded open it up and click and drag the file inside out onto your desktop(it will automaticly copy it) when its done open it up and click on blender.exe . This will open up blender version 2.74. You can still use your original blender shortcut to use blender version 2.75. When you want to use the model simply open the downloaded folder and run the .exe there. I can make a video next week about this if you want. If you want a shortcut of blender version 2.74 on your desktop simply right click on the .exe in the downloaded folder and click "Create Shortcut". Then drag that onto you desktop and rename it something like "Blender 2.74". Hope this helped!
