get a regular server download for the minecraft version you use. Open the minecraft_server.jar, replace the files with the files from Forge Universal. Launch server. Drag all the mods from the mod pack into the server's mod folder.(expect minimap mods and nei)
Cool mod, I'm just wonder how you would implement what I said early
would it be something like this :
@Override
public void onBlockClicked(World world, int par2, int par3, int par4, EntityPlayer player) {
ItemStack check = player.getHeldItem();
ItemStack dye = new ItemStack(Item.dyePowder, 1 ,0);
I'm sorry if that is impolite to ask that but I just want to know so I can make my own mod that uses something that uses right clicking of an item to make the block change but from the block's side

I would look at this code http://tinyurl.com/kgvff8b

would it be something like this :
public void onBlockClicked(World world, int par2, int par3, int par4, EntityPlayer player) {
ItemStack check = player.getHeldItem();
ItemStack dye = new ItemStack(Item.dyePowder, 1 ,0);
int meta = 0;//the metadata of the block
if(check == dye) {
world.setBlock(par2, par3, par4, meta, meta, 1);
}
}
