I'm looking to build a new server, but i would need a team to make it happen. Any awesome builders (screenshots required), anyone who knows a lot about commands, anyone with knowledge of FTP access and coding experience, and anyone who can be of marketing help, meaning getting people on the server, is what I'm looking for.
I've made multiple servers before, not the greatest builder, but I know a lot about coding/setting up plugins.
If anyone is interested in co-owning this and splitting the cost of the server (because I will be taking all the cost head on before we're able to get donors) that would be awesome, and you would have as much power in the server as I would.
I would like to see ages of 16+ working on the server, as I am 18 myself. But if you're exceptional in what you do, age won't matter.
If interested, please post letting me know what position youre interested, a little about you, you're age, and just anything else!
Thanks! - Spencer
Edit: If you take part in the initial creation of the server, no matter the job, you'll be rewarded with the corresponding in-game rank, free of charge.
I was wondering how i can re-route the IP address used to connect to my server so players dont have to type in xx.xx.xxx.xx:xxxx so they could just type coolserver.play.org.
I've found many different ways to do this, but it seems whenever its being done its with a server being hosted on THEIR computer. Well, thats not the case for me. The server I'm hosting is being hosted by a
seperate providier. So, I can't seem to get my IP address to re-route. Do I need to include the port #? It is '25670' but i don't see an option to include it. Any help would be awesome. Thanks!
