It could be like how horses have different little things. If you don't know, look it up on the minecraft wiki, under "horses" (duh). It explains how each breed can have two horses from that breed be completely different.
LOVE IT. Hmm, do you think that you could do something about how the Water Dragon looks too? The Water Dragon looks more cute than dragon-ey. It's the eyes, I think. Also, some of the blue color on it needs to be deeper, like the ocean.
When I say this, I mean for dragons other than the Ender Dragon, cuz it doesn't have much to change. Fire dragon could have different shades of red and orange. Water dragon could have deeper or lighter shades of blue for it's main color. Aether dragon can obviously have different patterns. I guess Ghost dragon won't work well, but something could be done. So there, not just the Aetherial dragon. 3/5 dragons. That's pretty good.
EDIT: Also, it adds new mobs (the bosses). I don't like that. Battle Towers, I mean. I actually kinda like Dungeon Pack, but I don't think I can configure loot (will have to look at).

i think I no how- make different textures, maybe 4-6 textures 4 each, put them in a large .png and go into the model or whatever (newb) and put all the .png names downex. wolf.png wolf2.png ect.
