Shar was born on the first month of winter, Ringare. Before he was born his parents had fled to the city of Barkamsted as they had met while running from the Pact Raiding parties. His Mother was a High Elf with his Father being a Human, this relationship was frowned upon during the war so as they fled they stuck to human areas which were more forgiving. His Mother was a mage who fought in the war against the Pact when he was really young leaving him with his father as a child. He grew up rarely seeing his mother only when she was at Barkamsted did he actually see his Elven Mother. When he was six he often found himself bullied by elven children as they found him to be disgusting as he was a halfling, this caused him to develop issues with crowds as it often reminded him of how he was bullied. When he was eight his mother was injured and forced to live at home which caused him to be a bit sad knowing his mother was injured. She had lost her left leg in combat and had to walk with crutches now so Shar would help his mother as she began to take care of the eight year old Shar. Shar's father after his mother was injured went off to go into combat as a soldier in order to earn them money to live on.
When Shar turned ten he began to learn all the knowledge his mother would teach him as she taught him how to read and write, telling him as he grew up that violence wasn't always the answer. His mother was a gentle soul only wishing to fight when absolutely needed. He followed what his mother said and by fifteen tragedy struck when they found out his father had been killed at the end of the war. Shar and his mother were devastated but they had enough money to live on due to his Father's exploits in combat. After a year had passed they had gotten over the death of Shar's father and he had become fairly intelligent having learned a great deal. His mother knowing there was a chance he'd be in combat also taught him how to defend himself having a family friend train him to use a longsword. Albeit he wasn't the most skilled with it, he was fairly agile in combat but found himself a bit nervous when in combat as it was a bit stressful. When the signs of the pending new war as the gates rose up him and his mother were traveling when they were attacked when he was seventeen. His mother shielded Shar from the attack and by the time help arrived his mother was dead, taking her final words of encouragement he would bury his mother next to his father.
After the attack and death of his mother Shar would begin to self study working as a courier for people who couldn't write or read making enough money to live. As he worked as a courier he was often given access to libraries of books in which he learned about things he could read or write down. When he turned twenty-two he was told he should date but every woman he was introduced to was a bit to much for him, their outgoing behavior off put the shyer soft spoken Halfling. He found himself busy during the time that the Demon Wars happened and when they were over he lived relatively peaceful. His studies and courier business kept him busy as he tried to find a answer to the statement his mother had told him. On his twenty-fifth birthday he would quit being a courier as he was now focusing on his research of the world and how it worked. He set off on his quest to learn all there is to learn with a book and quill in hand in order to learn what he can.

You’re walking around the markets at around noon. There’s a lot of people around you, still gathering their items as they prepare to shut down their many stands. Suddenly you feel a gentle lifting of your coin purse as a child graces you and soon after they take off sprinting. You have been robbed.
As Shar was walking through the markets having gotten some more ink he suddenly felt his coin purse be taken off of his belt. With a sigh he would notice to see the poor looking kid run off and he decided to not give chase, he had no more need for the coins in the purse as he already had his room paid for and his writing supplies paid for also. He would use one of the coins he kept in his book and would buy some bread for food as he ate slowly sitting down as he began to write down some observations he saw. He wrote a paragraph about how the world still seems to be full of orphans and other parentless children a byproduct of the wars that have passed. After an hour he would put his stuff back into his bag and go to his room in the tavern where he went to sleep. In the morning Shar would do some writing work for the Tavern owner in order to earn some more coin, once done he would go out and to the library as he begins to do some more research inside of the City's library.
You’re heading back to the city through the woods when you hear a whining coming from nearby. Upon further investigation you come across a grey-coloured wolf that appears to have its leg caught in a bear trap. Around it is three smaller lumps of fur, obviously puppies belonging to the trapped mother. Without help, they’ll all die, but wolf skins are quite valuable too, not to mention that the nearby farms suffer quite a bit from the wolf population.

As he came out from the bushes he saw the wolf and the puppies a bit surprised that they were with the captured mother. It hurt a bit to force it open but when he did his finger was cut. He didn't mind the cut so much but he would grab a small strip of fabric he had in his bag as an extra bookmark and wrapped it around the injured leg. He made sure he was gentle as he did and once done he would back up slowly and head back to the city. He knew leaving a mother wolf in a trap would've killed her puppies and any type of artificial slaughter of a species could cause another's population to grow out of proportion.

As a Child of a tender age of eight his mother had been a Ice Mage before she had been forced to come back home due to her injuries. When he was young he was sitting on his mother's lap facing her cuddling into her when he accidently found himself touching the trinket she had around her neck in the shape of a amulet. As he touched it he accidently turned part of his hands a bit colder. This caused him to freak out a bit as it surprised him but his mother calmed him down and knew he had a affinity for Ice. As a child he used his Mother's Trinket during the time she helped him get to know why ice magic was ice. For over a year he couldn't do much but show a tiny sign of his body temperature running a bit cold. His radiant sun like appearance hid the fact he had a icy nature deep inside of him. Shar was taught that magic can be used to protect those he loves and as such it drove him to want to use his magic to protect people he cherished. His drive to protect others due to his strong sense of Integrity always drove him to further lengths to learn how he can use his gift.
He for some reason as much as he trained he couldn't do much as he tried and tried often getting flustered as he didn't get why he couldn't get better to protect his caring mother. He wanted to be a Ice Mage like his mother and use his gift to protect people like how his mother protected people during the war. He listened to stories of his mother creating a wall of ice once to shield from arrows and it made him curious on how it was possible so he often found himself journaling about what he thought he could do with Ice magic.
To Shar Ice magic was also seen as a way for him to study things that normally couldn't be properly studied due to the extreme temperatures or the water that blocked off passageway to the places. He had believed that ice magic could be used as a form of weapon but he would rather stick to utility uses unless he needed to use a weapon. That idea also allowed him to believe that he wouldn't need to carry a actual weapon on him if he could make a weapon out of ice, but he still didn't have the skills for it as he kept training. After the death of his mother he felt sad and cold as he wished he had the strength to protect her. The Trinket his mother used to teach him was destroyed when she was killed as she had overloaded it right before she died to take care of the creatures that had attacked them. His mother's words that Violence wasn't always the answer echoed through his head as he thought about how he could use Ice magic for the benefit of the world and how he could use it to further his studies on everything.

Magic is limited by the fact you need Trinkets in order to truly cast it as one's body cannot properly do this. Trinkets themselves cannot be made as the knowledge to do so was lost when the Frol Died out. Trinkets can also be overloaded exploding and ruining the trinket. Magic becomes more exhausting the more aspects you put into the spell and the number of aspects you can do that with is dependant on your race's number of aspects. One's Casting strength is based on their own strength not that of their trinket, but if they are using a weaker trinket for a stronger spell it might cause a overload. People who are gifted with magic can learn almost all Aspects up to a medium level but can only truly master the number of aspects their race is gifted. This limits what races can become good magic casters but also allows for a lot of races to become truly unique with the amount of aspects they can master. Magic is also limited in how its casted as the Caster must be able to see what they are casting, or for alteration, be touching what they are casting. This keeps people from possessing ultra strong abilities that they use from miles away.

Magic is Saphriel is a system of magic that defies Physics as once Magic is Casted magic does magic, not the manipulation of physics or particles. Magic in this realm is a system that requires Trinkets in order to cast more powerful spells and requires that only those born with the gift can use magic. Magic system requires research in order to progress and combine the Aspects of magic in order to create unique and powerful spells. While trinkets of higher levels are needed to truly cast strong magic, One must be trained up to the level of magic in order to utilize it properly. A System involving Trinkets, Spells and Combinations that allow for anything to become possible if enough research and time is applied.
-You are given a weak trinket of <blank>, you haven't had much practice with magic yet, but you will try your best. Describe some things you could/would do with this trinket:
Shar would use the weak trinket of ice in order to chill his body in the summer heat. He could also use it to cool his drink down in order to become more refreshed. Shar's use of Ice magic with the trinket would remain to probably keeping his body cool, or his drink cool as he wouldn't have strong enough magic use or a trinket in order to do much more than that.

I would record said evidence and then wait for a Admin or a Super Admin to come on and present said evidence and clear said victim's name.

I would issue a official warning and if they did not stop I would proceed with a temp ban If I had the ability to.
3. You are the only moderator currently on the server, and a situation gets out of hand in which all of the players are panicking about something a user said that is not true. How do you calm down this situation?
I would first mute the user causing the problem then go around and prove to everyone that there is nothing to panic about. Then I'd give the trouble maker a warning for causing server distress.

Yes in a way I feel like I am better. As I wouldn't abuse my power or get to threatening with it. I also tend to keep a cool head unless something goes against logical reasoning then I would take a step back and analyze the situation then solve it. I do consider myself mature but I do also love to have fun and help the players have a great time.

I've had a little experience but not enough to be much use in that matter.

I will help the server out by making sure everyone is safe and having a great time. I will also make sure that no one tries to abuse their power in the name of the players so the server will grow. I would suggest that the staff have bonding events so the staff can get closer and friendlier as it can help prevent distress and fights among the staff members.

I think a team needs communication as It is the fruit to everything. a Team also needs strong leaders that the rest can trust and rely upon. A Team must learn to by respect each other and be loyal to their team. A Team needs to not keep anything potentially harming from their teammates as it can lead to trouble.

He grew up rarely seeing his mother only when she was at Barkamsted did he actually see his Elven Mother. When he was six he often found himself bullied by elven children as they found him to be disgusting as he was a halfling, this caused him to develop issues with crowds as it often reminded him of how he was bullied. When he was eight his mother was injured and forced to live at home which caused him to be a bit sad knowing his mother was injured. She had lost her left leg in combat and had to walk with crutches now so Shar would help his mother as she began to take care of the eight year old Shar. Shar's father after his mother was injured went off to go into combat as a soldier in order to earn them money to live on.
When Shar turned ten he began to learn all the knowledge his mother would teach him as she taught him how to read and write, telling him as he grew up that violence wasn't always the answer. His mother was a gentle soul only wishing to fight when absolutely needed. He followed what his mother said and by fifteen tragedy struck when they found out his father had been killed at the end of the war. Shar and his mother were devastated but they had enough money to live on due to his Father's exploits in combat. After a year had passed they had gotten over the death of Shar's father and he had become fairly intelligent having learned a great deal. His mother knowing there was a chance he'd be in combat also taught him how to defend himself having a family friend train him to use a longsword. Albeit he wasn't the most skilled with it, he was fairly agile in combat but found himself a bit nervous when in combat as it was a bit stressful. When the signs of the pending new war as the gates rose up him and his mother were traveling when they were attacked when he was seventeen. His mother shielded Shar from the attack and by the time help arrived his mother was dead, taking her final words of encouragement he would bury his mother next to his father.
After the attack and death of his mother Shar would begin to self study working as a courier for people who couldn't write or read making enough money to live. As he worked as a courier he was often given access to libraries of books in which he learned about things he could read or write down. When he turned twenty-two he was told he should date but every woman he was introduced to was a bit to much for him, their outgoing behavior off put the shyer soft spoken Halfling. He found himself busy during the time that the Demon Wars happened and when they were over he lived relatively peaceful. His studies and courier business kept him busy as he tried to find a answer to the statement his mother had told him. On his twenty-fifth birthday he would quit being a courier as he was now focusing on his research of the world and how it worked. He set off on his quest to learn all there is to learn with a book and quill in hand in order to learn what he can.

You’re walking around the markets at around noon. There’s a lot of people around you, still gathering their items as they prepare to shut down their many stands. Suddenly you feel a gentle lifting of your coin purse as a child graces you and soon after they take off sprinting. You have been robbed.
As Shar was walking through the markets having gotten some more ink he suddenly felt his coin purse be taken off of his belt. With a sigh he would notice to see the poor looking kid run off and he decided to not give chase, he had no more need for the coins in the purse as he already had his room paid for and his writing supplies paid for also. He would use one of the coins he kept in his book and would buy some bread for food as he ate slowly sitting down as he began to write down some observations he saw. He wrote a paragraph about how the world still seems to be full of orphans and other parentless children a byproduct of the wars that have passed. After an hour he would put his stuff back into his bag and go to his room in the tavern where he went to sleep. In the morning Shar would do some writing work for the Tavern owner in order to earn some more coin, once done he would go out and to the library as he begins to do some more research inside of the City's library.
You’re heading back to the city through the woods when you hear a whining coming from nearby. Upon further investigation you come across a grey-coloured wolf that appears to have its leg caught in a bear trap. Around it is three smaller lumps of fur, obviously puppies belonging to the trapped mother. Without help, they’ll all die, but wolf skins are quite valuable too, not to mention that the nearby farms suffer quite a bit from the wolf population.
As Shar was walking through the forest cataloging some of the plants he saw he heard the whimpers and whines coming from behind the bushes. As he came out from the bushes he saw the wolf and the puppies a bit surprised that they were with the captured mother. Shar would put away his writing supplies and went over to the mother wolf handing her some jerky to distract her as he went and grabbed the trap and forced it open. It hurt a bit to force it open but when he did his finger was cut. He didn't mind the cut so much but he would grab a small strip of fabric he had in his bag as an extra bookmark and wrapped it around the injured leg. He made sure he was gentle as he did and once done he would back up slowly and head back to the city. He knew leaving a mother wolf in a trap would've killed her puppies and any type of artificial slaughter of a species could cause another's population to grow out of proportion.

As a Child of a tender age of eight his mother had been a Ice Mage before she had been forced to come back home due to her injuries. When he was young he was sitting on his mother's lap facing her cuddling into her when he accidently found himself touching the trinket she had around her neck in the shape of a amulet. As he touched it he accidently turned part of his hands a bit colder. This caused him to freak out a bit as it surprised him but his mother calmed him down and knew he had a affinity for Ice. As a child he used his Mother's Trinket during the time she helped him get to know why ice magic was ice. For over a year he couldn't do much but show a tiny sign of his body temperature running a bit cold. His radiant sun like appearance hid the fact he had a icy nature deep inside of him. Shar was taught that magic can be used to protect those he loves and as such it drove him to want to use his magic to protect people he cherished. His drive to protect others due to his strong sense of Integrity always drove him to further lengths to learn how he can use his gift.
He for some reason as much as he trained he couldn't do much as he tried and tried often getting flustered as he didn't get why he couldn't get better to protect his caring mother. He wanted to be a Ice Mage like his mother and use his gift to protect people like how his mother protected people during the war. He listened to stories of his mother creating a wall of ice once to shield from arrows and it made him curious on how it was possible so he often found himself journaling about what he thought he could do with Ice magic.
To Shar Ice magic was also seen as a way for him to study things that normally couldn't be properly studied due to the extreme temperatures or the water that blocked off passageway to the places. He had believed that ice magic could be used as a form of weapon but he would rather stick to utility uses unless he needed to use a weapon. That idea also allowed him to believe that he wouldn't need to carry a actual weapon on him if he could make a weapon out of ice, but he still didn't have the skills for it as he kept training. After the death of his mother he felt sad and cold as he wished he had the strength to protect her. The Trinket his mother used to teach him was destroyed when she was killed as she had overloaded it right before she died to take care of the creatures that had attacked them. His mother's words that Violence wasn't always the answer echoed through his head as he thought about how he could use Ice magic for the benefit of the world and how he could use it to further his studies on everything.

Magic is limited by the fact you need Trinkets in order to truly cast it as one's body cannot properly do this. Trinkets themselves cannot be made as the knowledge to do so was lost when the Frol Died out. Trinkets can also be overloaded exploding and ruining the trinket. Magic becomes more exhausting the more aspects you put into the spell and the number of aspects you can do that with is dependant on your race's number of aspects. One's Casting strength is based on their own strength not that of their trinket, but if they are using a weaker trinket for a stronger spell it might cause a overload. People who are gifted with magic can learn almost all Aspects up to a medium level but can only truly master the number of aspects their race is gifted. This limits what races can become good magic casters but also allows for a lot of races to become truly unique with the amount of aspects they can master. Magic is also limited in how its casted as the Caster must be able to see what they are casting, or for alteration, be touching what they are casting. This keeps people from possessing ultra strong abilities that they use from miles away.

Magic is Saphriel is a system of magic that defies Physics as once Magic is Casted magic does magic, not the manipulation of physics or particles. Magic in this realm is a system that requires Trinkets in order to cast more powerful spells and requires that only those born with the gift can use magic. Magic system requires research in order to progress and combine the Aspects of magic in order to create unique and powerful spells. While trinkets of higher levels are needed to truly cast strong magic, One must be trained up to the level of magic in order to utilize it properly. A System involving Trinkets, Spells and Combinations that allow for anything to become possible if enough research and time is applied.
-You are given a weak trinket of <blank>, you haven't had much practice with magic yet, but you will try your best. Describe some things you could/would do with this trinket:
Shar would use the weak trinket of ice in order to chill his body in the summer heat. He could also use it to cool his drink down in order to become more refreshed. Shar's use of Ice magic with the trinket would remain to probably keeping his body cool, or his drink cool as he wouldn't have strong enough magic use or a trinket in order to do much more than that.

Hello, This is the Lore Team for the new Roleplay Server of Territh. We are still being developed and made, but we are seeking people and staff to help us grow. As Lore Itself is hard to write when you're a team of one. We're seeking anyone who is willing to help in variety of ways, but know that we won't just accept people as staff from the get go.
We are are a High Fantasy Server with no Guns, or Superweapons that are tech based. Our Magic System is fairly broad as its limitations are your creativity. We have 9 Main Races with a dozen sub races for people to try and become. Evil Characters may find themselves home here as the Owner is playing a Evil Character himself. Our Server will not have overpowered factions early on as all factions in the server that exist in lore are going to be transporting people in small amounts to a new large continent. Will you be a savior of the realm, or on a conquest to conquer the new continent?
We also prefer Roleplay Combat over PVP combat and will always have Roleplay combat over PVP. We reward those with combat rp skills over those who can spam click the most.

1. You are online on the server, and you see another moderator ban another user for advertising, however; you have proof the said user never advertised, what would you do?
I would record said evidence and then wait for a Admin or a Super Admin to come on and present said evidence and clear said victim's name.
2. One of your good friends is on the server, and he/she are upset with how you handled a situation and are using vulgar language towards you in private chat, after you have asked them to stop, what would you do?
I would issue a official warning and if they did not stop I would proceed with a temp ban If I had the ability to.
3. You are the only moderator currently on the server, and a situation gets out of hand in which all of the players are panicking about something a user said that is not true. How do you calm down this situation?
I would first mute the user causing the problem then go around and prove to everyone that there is nothing to panic about. Then I'd give the trouble maker a warning for causing server distress.

Yes in a way I feel like I am better. As I wouldn't abuse my power or get to threatening with it. I also tend to keep a cool head unless something goes against logical reasoning then I would take a step back and analyze the situation then solve it. I do consider myself mature but I do also love to have fun and help the players have a great time.

I've had a little experience but not enough to be much use in that matter.
3.How will you be able to help out the server once you become a moderator, and do you have any suggestions to make the staff team better?
Answer the question honestly.
I will help the server out by making sure everyone is safe and having a great time. I will also make sure that no one tries to abuse their power in the name of the players so the server will grow. I would suggest that the staff have bonding events so the staff can get closer and friendlier as it can help prevent distress and fights among the staff members.
4. What do you think a team needs to have?
Answer what makes a team. Ex. Integrity, strong leadership,loyalty etc.
I think a team needs communication as It is the fruit to everything. a Team also needs strong leaders that the rest can trust and rely upon. A Team must learn to by respect each other and be loyal to their team. A Team needs to not keep anything potentially harming from their teammates as it can lead to trouble.
