I have been looking for a server to meet my wants and have not been able to find one so i decided to make one, the type of server I am wanting to build is a place where people do not have to fear about grief that they do not lose items upon death that pets drop from bosses franquality and from regular mobs rarely, that donors are only donors to help support server and not to get OP permissions, that ECO runs the server. That we have the stables plugin so people can teleport with a horse, that we have uncrafting table which grants the ability to break down items for materials.

Building, managing server when I am not on, I have a life and will need someone who has a lot more time to co- the server, 3 staff members just to control chat, all staff members on at a different time then the others. I need help deciding things, besides up top there are a lot of things I need help with deciding first order to decide on is a server name.
What qualities are we looking for in any sort of staff member:
Maturity, no swearing, no harassing, helpful, respectful, ability to deal with difficult and/or stressful situations without freaking out, raging.
