Well don't get me wrong, i think the idea is nice: Problem it already exists. ModPE script has originally been created by treebl for ioS and the scripting language (which is javascript) has been ported to Android by 500ISE. Now treebl stopped supporting the modpe scripts. So the reasonable thing to do would be to port modpe script back to iOS which sounds like much work, but it really isn't :3
You know since we need to mod on such a low level you can't just "port" the mods :2
I personally would prefer a simple cheatcode system like actionreplay codes, where you set all the injection code inside a few letters the user can type in. So if you want to hook:
How did you even get this? I'm pretty sure Intyre would disagree continuing on that.
I wouldn't hinder you, (ehem i think java's better then php sry shoghcips :P) but as 500_ISE stated why do it if there's already
a working version.
I thought i'd share this bash script i've written because i struggled quite a bit when i had to run theos on my iPhone 5.
Install theos like you would normally and then create a file in /bin/ and name it: uptheos (<-- can be any random name )
Inside this file add this code:
#!/bin/bash
sed -i'' 's/\x00\x30\x93\xe4/\x00\x30\x93\xe5/g;s/\x00\x30\xd3\xe4/\x00\x30\xd3\xe5/g;' /usr/bin/perl
ldid -s /usr/bin/perl
sed -i'' 's/\x00\x30\x93\xe4/\x00\x30\x93\xe5/g;s/\x00\x30\xd3\xe4/\x00\x30\xd3\xe5/g;' /usr/bin/rsync
ldid -s /usr/bin/rsync
(You need ldid or lone (but change the ldid to a ldone if you'd use ldone)
Now enter MobileTerminal and type
su
Password: alpine
And give our file permissions:
chmod 775 /bin/uptheos
Now simply run it by typing
uptheos
Great, now you can create a theos tweak on A6 + processors by typing
/var/theos/bin/nic.pl
(It also works with libstubhook )
This tool mainly is used for a tutorial i've been planning to release since a while now.
Houston, I have a problem...
I installed ModPE from the Cydia repo and tried to run MCPE, long story short it doesn't work. So i uninstalled ModPE, uninstalled MCPE and deleted the Cydia repo. I reinstalled MCPE and when I try to open it it just keeps on crashing. Any Ideas of whats going wrong or how I can fix it?
Use iFile and navigate to /Library/MobileSubstrate/DynamicLibraries and delete the TreeblHax.dylib and the TreeblHax.plist (it might be callen differently)

The binary versions can be compiled from his github. I compiled the 1.8 version (you can download it here: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/33873630/[1.8]WorldStateCheckpoints.zip)
It has a few bugs though and crashes easily and can make your world unplayable. It's safer to not use it, but it is still useful for TAS stuff.

I personally would prefer a simple cheatcode system like actionreplay codes, where you set all the injection code inside a few letters the user can type in. So if you want to hook:
set:getWalkingSpeedModifier(void);symbol:__ZN13PathfinderMob23getWalkingSpeedModifierEv;value:3
Later on you can add support for a scripting language on top of the hooks. But since ModPE Script is out it would be better to just port this to iOS.

What is this?
This is very useful when you do iOS modding. Those who mod iOS know.
