Same problem, GDI Generic, OpenGL v1.1 listed in the viewer thingie, etc. The registry tampering was unsuccessful though, it still said 1.1.
(And yes I have the latest drivers for my GeForce GT240)
The "ASUS Enhanced Display Driver" does show up in my add/remove programs thingie, but when I click on remove... well, nothing happens. The button press animation thingie happens etc, but it's not actually removed from the list. Any tips on other ways to get rid of it?

If so, I wonder how they will work... I'd like to avoid a situation like this: swiming, searching for squids, go down a few more blocks, fall into a 5x5x5 hole in water filled with creepers due to the darkness underwater, and inevitably dying.

Well, if this hell of an idea gets implemented, look at the posibilities! There would be cars, guns, airplanes, aliens, and most of all, THE WORLD AIN'T BLOCKY NO MORE. Does that look good to you?

i can't log in... i clic the minecraft icon, the loggin screen appears and when i try logging in the window just stay black
