Bought the 3gb plan from them i had a issue with my MySQL database i couldnt make one so i made a ticket waited over 3 days with no response i was getting tired of this so i made a ticket asking for a refund i then get asked what my issue was and i said im not please with the host and that i found a better deal then the support says we can not grant a refund due to there being no technical issue so i reply with what my technical issue is "the MySQL Database not working i couldnt even make one" get no reply for around another 24 hours and im stilling waiting on the reply and during this time they dont even respond to my issue ticket but instead close it and still dont fix the issue
