Mason saw another Conduit's attack coming straight for the Rougue,it looked like a Pyschic orb thing, after a quick second, he tries to form an electric shield at the place the orb was gonna hit. He makes it but the shield was only half created, it only managed to make the orb grow ever do weaker.Mason then decides to jump up and head straight to the middle of the tornado.The Pyschic orb hit the conduit as Mason jumped in.
"Yes, I've heard this before...looks like I'm not the only Rouge Conduit around here, but it's not surprising after seeing that broadcast..." Mason said to himself walking out of a food store, hearing an alarm. He looks at a rooftop and sees a tornado, he turns into electricity and went into a wire,he goes to the top of the building beside it.
"Well,well,well,the conduit who did this gotta be good, I can't do anything here, the wind will just cancel out my electric."Mason said to himself again as he turns into electric and continues to watch it.
He then decides to go straight for it in human form. He lands right next to the tornado firmly putting himself onto the ground,the wind was so strong up close, he then uses Electric Hellfire on it and jumps back to another building, blinding light and loud sounds were then seen and heard just as he uses it, he closes his eyes and ears 2 seconds after it was used.((You guys can do it too))
Appearance: Normal Height for a 20 year old, and thin. He also likes to wear black clothing

Personality: If he is in a situation, he's quite serious, and tends to do the job as quickly as possible.
Biography: Mason's life was normal, until one day when he was doing something, he shot a electrical bolt from his hand.As soon as his father saw that, he quickly called the DUP, and so, he ran, he ran to Seattle,but the only problem was the entrance- a checkpoint.Left with no choice, he went there and used the hand scanner.Sirens were then heard and DUP soldiers surrounded Mason, he tried to shoot a bolt, but it was to weak.Left with no choice, he surrended. When Mason was sent to Curden Cay, Augustine trained him, and made him stronger. When he got out, he came out with all those powers, but the 5 years stuck in there, his hate grew more and more and he for that he hated people.(yeah...yeah...)

Electric bolt-Shoots a electric bolt, not that strong, rapid fire.
Electric Shock- More powerful then Electric bolt, can only do this thrice in a row, after that , he needs to wait 2 hours to use it again
Electric Shield- Generates electricity and makes it into a shield shape
Electric Sword-Generates electricity and makes it into a Knife shape, he then hits his enemy with it.
Wire Dash-Mason's version of smoke dash.He goes Into an electrical wire and can come out anytime.
-Electrical Hellfire- He generates a lot of electricity and shoots it all around him,making a very loud sound and a blinding light, at times can blind the enemy for a few seconds

I'm still thinking of a story for this so if this gets enough 'interest' It will probably be a while before it starts.
Anyway, you all know, you make the characters, if you want to be a Jounin, you either be a Sensei, one of you may be a Hokage's assistant(you still can be with a squad), other then Sensei or assistant I don't see you getting any more 'jobs' unless of course you wanna be a 'boring ol Ramen shop owner.
I'll be Hokage, with a squad if anyone wants, most of you will be Genin, Chuunin exams happens ever so often,there MIGHT be open slots for the other Kages and the tailed beasts,and of course there are slots for Akatsuki.
So, if there are 5 or so likers, I'll make the official thread.
There should be more Replies to this as this is one of the BEST maps I have ever seen in my life.
Although I finished this "long ago",This should have MORE replies like a famous custom map.
Also, even if you didn't make the resource packs, they are still VERY awesome.
Also(yes I said it twice),the builds are VERY good,the item(s) design are good too!

Terno is a 17 years old boy of one of the lion turtle cities.He Often goes out of his house and hunt down some food with his bow.As a child he was always impatient. His father always had to go out and hunt down for food and his mother also fishes for fish.As he grew older,his father taught him how to use a sword and bow.By the time he reached 14 he learned how to use both. When he grew 16, his uncle gave him a knife.As his uncle only visits him on Mondays, he learnt to use the knife.One day his mother went to fish, he waited for her to come back.But she never did.Nobody knows where she((mother)) went. He now lives with his father and his sister.His sister also had an interest in fishing but when she((sister)) goes to fish, he((Terno)) always stop her as their mother went there and disappeared.
Now, he goes out every now and then to hunt for food.His father as well still hunts for food but not as much.He is still a little impatient.
