That's the thing, They did! If you observe a spell check of Minecraft, one of the options I have seen before is "Mindcraft".
Even though this entire thing is a load of crap. You do have to know and respect that as fans, we are not allowed into the courtroom. We can hope and cheer, but not assist.
That does raise a thought, what if the jury has people who play Minecraft?
I don't think it is likely that the jury will consist of minecraft players because generally, in corporate lawsuits, the jury is a select group of people. And plus, any minecraft player would be biased anyway. And since the lawsuit is over a slight fragment of code that the players don't see, it wouldn't really help that much.

I'm trying to set up a Minecraft server on a Linux machine with Ubuntu connected to my home wifi network (through Xfinity). I followed the steps in this guide (https://minecraft.fandom.com/wiki/Tutorials/Setting_up_a_server#Configuring_the_environment) to set up and configure the server, and it's currently running. On the Linux machine, I can connect to it by typing localhost in place of the server IP, and mcsrvstat.us seems to show that the server is running. I also used yougetsignal.com to check that the port I set up (port 25565) is open.
Despite this, I can't connect to the server via a different computer on my network (using the server IP instead of localhost). I get the error message "Failed to connect to server - connection timed out: <server IP>". I've scoured the internet looking for fixes, but can only find low-quality articles that don't seem to help or be applicable for Linux. Some specific things I've tried:
1. I configured my Linux firewall to allow port 25565 for UDP and TCP connections, using the guide here (see "Linux Firewall" heading: https://medium.com/@tunacici7/linux-networking-eli5-part-4-minecraft-web-server-f0791b6318d0#:~:text=Open%20the%20default%20security%20list,%2C%20it%20does%20not%20matter).&text=Add%20two%20ingress%20rules%20(TCP,rule%20for%20both%20of%20them.
2. I disabled Xfinity advanced security since it seemed to caused problems for others.
After these fixed, I still get the same error message and can't connect to my server.
EDIT: Fixed, I was using my external IP when I should have been using my internal IP. Others can connect using the external IP it seems.

I did not confuse China and Japan. It happens in both countries.

Justice is not blind, it is colorblind to all colors except green. And to everyone calling uniloc shitheads and whatnot, it's the way things (unfortunately) work. Uniloc probably gets all its income from suing. The CEO wanted an extra 1.5 mil bonus, so he decided to sue a crapload of companies.
Why would you tell Ric Richardson to go get hit by a space shuttle when he isnt suing, plus he is an inventor. If you were an inventor, you wouldn't want your stuff blatantly stolen. He is coming from a perspective you cannot understand. While I don't agree with the reason why uniloc is suing, I don't think Ric should be regarded with such disdain because he is saying that you have the right to sue someone who is using your patent. It's just the way things work. Don't be such a **** to people.

Patents are worldwide, not just in one country. Except in Japan, where there's fake apple stores all over the place and no one gets sued.

1. It must be either 1 dollar or free, because MCwiki has much more info, and is free.
2. It shouldn't be under the games category, as it is very misleading as to whether it is a guide or a game.
3. The old one was stuck on beta 1.5 for a while, it wasn't until 1.1 came out that the app had 1.0 info. So it shouldbe updated regularly, like he wiki.
There's a mod called NEI, like TMI, but gives you a recipe mode option so it's not all cheating.

Hehehe. Me and the girl I like are both nerds and track stars, so we have a good bit in common. Plus we're pretty good friends.
So, anyway, guy who posted this topic, you should try to become friends with her. Because just walking up to people and talking to them is a kind of weird thing to do. So once you become friends, enough so whenever you walk by her you don't blush anymore, start giving her possible hints that you like her, then if she starts to "pull away" from you, you know she really doesn't like you. If she still feels comfortable around you, then tell her.
