We trying to get more people on quickly, so we are in need of builders, and good ones too, And maybe if your not a builder, just come on and maybe if we like you, then you might get different position. But you like to keep the position, you have to join the staff calls, and talk, So that means you have to have a mic. the reason its much easier to tell you to what to do, and when, if you don't have a mic, then just listen.
