I also think you should add in Blut and Blut Vene for quincies. Also you could do a stern ritter power thing with quincies similar to the Zanpakto hollow point thing but if you kill a whole bunch of hollows that give the flame thing you get a power like Bazz B stern ritter H the heat and so on and so on.
