Hey, man! I've been using this website for quite some time and it's amazingly helpful. I really appreciate that you do it.
Although, there's one feature I would love to see on it, and that would be the clickEvent on signs when you right click them. I'm still not sure to this day how JSON is with Minecraft but I would love it to be on your website.
This would make the player who clicked it say "Hello world", and you can do almost any kind of command on it.
This is due to an issue with how Searge implemented signs JSON formatting. I'm still actively investigating this as a possibility, but it's a minecraft issue.

I am not quite sure what to think about your terms of service...
I dont think that your license is valid as you tell users to include a reference to your program somewhere in the map.
Of course there are licenses like the old BSD that saying "All advertising materials mentioning features or use of this software must display the following acknowledgement: ..." but using your tellraw generator is like using an IDE and for example Monodevelop is published under the LGPL license but you dont have to publish your projects, written using this IDE, under GPL etc. as Xamarin (the makers of monodevelop aka Xamarin Studio) cant claim rights on the code you write using this IDE (my english is too bad to explain this so its easy to understand see http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-faq#CanIUseGPLToolsForNF for more) so I think (and notice I am not a lawyer) you cant tell people to include a reference to you/your project(s) in their maps
Just a note, I made some changes behind the scenes, if anything is broken please speak up sooner rather than later. Potential areas that might break are the different views and their changing, for example, loading, the header bar, settings / donations page.
Hello, I was doing nothing at all and I started doing some stuff on paint, its another suggestion/idea. Again, I'm not expecting it to be added, I'm placing it here for inspiration or just so it doesn't go directly to my pc's trash. (that doesn't mean I wouldn't like to see this idea on your site tho c:)
My idea -- like before -- completely changes everything, making it a lot easier to generate stuff. The first part is the part where you select if you want to generate tellraw, sign, title, subtitle or book. http://i.imgur.com/W5hgRy2.png
In this image, sign is selected, but there is also the "using command:" because you can generate a sign using 2 commands. So, you write like in a normal sign, but you can use your mouse and select certain parts of the text and click on the options above the sign. Hovering theses images would show what they are/do. By the way, here it is what they are: http://i.imgur.com/8qyngDL.png
Like I said on the sign, you can use your mouse and select certain parts of your text, and then click on the options above the text. Some options will need to show a window, for example the hover event will need to show a window so you can select whats the event. Texts using some options -- Click event, Hover event, Selector, and scoreboard obj. -- will have a black square behind itself like this image shows: http://i.imgur.com/NYmyYod.png
The selector (@p, @r, etc) works by writing your selector (example: @p[...]".
Example: If you add "@e[type=Arrow,r=3,rm=1]" it shows "@e[...]". left/right clicking "@e[...]" would show the complete selector.
The scoreboard objective would show as text "player / objective" (Example: @p[...] / killcount).
Thats all.
The issue is that I don't have the capabilities to add a word-processor like design where you select text and formatting in that nature.

Done, thanks

If you use @p, for example, it'll be the username for the closest player

Talk to Searge. I have him quoted somewhere as saying he is too lazy to fix the issue that prevents me from adding it.

Ok, thanks.

You can add a new line using \n anywhere in your text, and you can use the New Book Page option when adding a new snippet (top button row)

You need to click Add Text
