The zombie should be Herobrine and Jeff the killer. That's the one one that YOU decided on that I disagree with, although I think that BEN. is an odd choice for a squid. The skeleton could be the rake, and the wolf could be smile dog (If you're using random mobs, one can be the husky and the other can be that disturbing red one)
