I'm having a problem, identical to this one that causes a crash any time the tab key is pressed while interacting with or even near MFR harvesters. Since my inventory key is tab this is difficult to work with. I changed the inventory key back to E and that seemed to solve the problem. Oddly enough though, I can press tab which isn't bound to anything and still generate the same crash. Has anyone seen a fix for this?
I am running a new-ish tekkit server. We have a low population on right now, and most are friendly and willing to help if you would like them to. Otherwise for the most part we leave eachother alone. There are a few disabled items, mostly nuisance items and things that degrade overall server performance. Server address: fools-errand.net
A server with nothing banned could be easily crashed and the map corrupted. Other items exist solely to blow craters in the world. Those types of things and a few other nuisance items are banned on my server. I don't do it because I hate you, I do it because I'd like to provide you with a fast, lag free server. I work full time so I can't babysit the server. I'm looking for people to help with day to day operations and provide some fancy graphics and banners to help advertise. I've been a server administrator for a year and a half. I don't have the time to make sure everything is running smoothly and need some other people who can look after things when I'm not around. Server is on a dedicated machine with some beefy hardware. Running off RAMdisk and I've been focusing on minimizing lag. I ask that anyone who would like to help be at least 16+ and able to chat over skype or mumble.
Server will be survival mode with as few bits of tekkit turned off as possible. Some servers are wide open and abuse runs rampant, others are so locked down you may as well play vanilla. I am looking for something in-between. EE will be usable but not completely overpowering. PvP enabled, economy is up in the air. There will be protected areas so your house and machines won't be raided but the primary goal will be people working together and not just lone wolves hunting each other. I would like to implement an economy but I haven't settled on iconomy style or IC credit trading system yet and this is open to change.
Additional Information you would like to share: I have never played Tekkit before, I don't even have the mod yet. But, I have heard great things about it - so I might just try it.

I found out the ugly way that water strainers can destroy a map.
at powercrystals.powerconverters.TileEntityWaterStrainer.fill(TileEntityWaterStrainer.java:44)
now repeat this a few hundred times in the log. It crashes the server and unless I can find a good way to remove the strainer we may have to wipe the map.
Additional Information you would like to share: I've played tekkit for a while, know how it works, and I'm looking for a new server to start on from the beginning since the current server I'm playing on is losing activity.
Sorry, I haven't banned you. I've just removed you from the whitelist. We're looking for level headed, mature players. I don't think this server is a good fit for you.
