Issue 1) Glowing mobs. Fixed* with small caveat (which I don't really care about)
Solution, use a resource pack that was compatible with shaders. (old pack: Faithful working pack: Chroma Hills)
Caveat: One mob still has a glowing skin, but I'm sure that is probably because there is no texture for it in the Chroma Hills pack. The mob in question is the 'Ender mini'.
Issue 2) Odd, shadows on the ground that move when I move and aren't being caused by anything visible.
Tried the fix from @grimallq via @euphoria4949, namely, disabling 2d Clouds. I also checked my in-game settings to insure those clouds were disabled (they were).
End result, issue persists. It's not game-breaking bad, but it sure is an eye sore that is very immersion breaking.
@Fastcraft: It was pointed out to me that the glowing mob issue is with the resource pack, so I'm going to try the Chroma Hills pack next. (Instead of Faithfull). And yes, my graphics card drivers are up to date. (at least they were last time I checked about 3 weeks ago, I'll have to check again when I get back to my gaming PC)
@filotei: Uhhh, I'm not sure what your reply means really...
@DeDelner: I'm running MC 1.7.10 with these shader mod versions:
1)ShadersModCore-v2.3.28-mc1.7.10-f
2)SEUS v10.1 Ultra
@grimallq: Thanks for the great responses. I'm going to be trying the Chroma Hills Resource pack to see if that helps the glowing mobs issue. As to your other response, I believe you are reffering to "euphoria4949"s link to this page, http://pastebin.com/f9V3HDwy, in particular this section, correct? "##### LINES IN THE CLOUDS/SKY FIX #####". If so, I will try that when I get back to my PC. Though, without being back I'm not sure if thats the correct description of my problem. The one I'm addressing is odd small shadows on the ground that move when I move, there isn't any issues in the sky itself. However, if it is that same issue (which I'll be trying anyway just to see if it fixes it) I will leave a response saying whether it did or not fix it and to issue additional thanks haha.
Thanks again everyone for all your responses, I'll post any solutions I will have found so anyone else searching the thread with problems similar to my own can get help.
Oh I'm in love hahah. First of all this map is awesome (I'm currently on twisted logic II), and I got to the area Carousel....WoW. The combo of a beautiful area and the abandoned / destroyed buildings. It felt like I was the last person on earth, an awesome feeling to have in the middle of playing a game. Truly awesome
Anyway, I just came back to Minecraft from an extended vacation in Skyrim. And needless to say, my opinion
of this mod hasn't changed, still my number 1 download! (well...2, because of modloader. But you get the idea)

I have two issues at the moment
1) mob skins glow....
and 2) I have weird shadows that move when I move, it seems like they're clouds but it only happens in some areas of the ground...it's odd
Anywho, it's weird and I hope I didn't do something stupid. Here's a picture of my shader settings:

Here is my log, there's a line at the end that repeats forever:
GL error 0x0502: Invalid operation at shadow fogMode
