Mar 16, 2015dunkleosteus posted a message on Mining Vs Minecraft: Loads of Facts, In-Game and IRLThe abundance of carbon (which includes coal and graphite) is what you've cited to compare to the rarity of diamonds. This is incredibly misleading and you should fix it. Hard to find data on diamond abundance, but this paper seems to indicate that even in diamomd bearing rocks, it could be measured in ppb, or in the range of 0.0000001 - 0.0000999%, and thats just once you've found the right kind of rock. Realistically, iron should be a much darker grey than the steely color it currently uses. If you were to recolor iron darker, steel and *silver* could have more room to have their own colors.

Over all, I find the realism you have created exceptional, so many mods are just ridiculus (they have things like bronze ore) I would be saddened and off put to see the realism disappear.

Hope you found this useful.
