I would post a picture but it is in an odd and tight spot, I doubt anyone could figure it our from a 2d image. Send me a request and you could troubleshoot it yourself. I have even tried replicating the problem in creative with no luck. I have never had a problem like this before. This is the 3x3 version of the xor gate, the one I know best.
I am attempting to create a door with six pistons, three high, two wide. My xor gate is built correctly and my levers and wires are correct as far as i can tell. The problem is when lever one is on, lever two doesn't function. When I turn lever two off, the door retracts then engages again instantly. Anyone have any ideas? I can't move on until this is fixed
I dont have anything special going on, just curious if anyone is interested in peaceful coexistance. There are at least four unexplored npc villiages on my map you could begin with, or go wilderness if you like. I keep everything simple and maintain the look of original npc villages, so dont expect extravegance. Im not interested in competition, just want some company and see how others play. Im well estalished so if you need anything to help you get anchored thats fine. Will not be estalishing currency since Im against the whole idea. Please nobody under the age of 20, I find them unacceptable to be online with. I only ask that everything within my city walls plus a 50 block radius is left as is, everything else is game. Gamertag on left, send me a request if your the peaceful type.
I maintain a limited farm. I don't care fore sheep since they don't regrow wool yet, it seems the chicken limit is 16, I have only 12 cows since they take up so much space and only 8 pigs since they don't yield many chops when slaughtered. What I havent been able to determine is the limits per chunk. These numbers are strickly from my farm. I breed all the couples, then slaughter half the adults. Keeps neat numbers and good for pens only 7x5
Why is it that with every update, we are required to start new worlds in survival. Currently, blaze spawner generation seems like a simple bug to fix and can be reasonably applied to existing worlds, but based on history something so simple can only be fixed with a new world. This problem essentially makes survival a waste of time. So please, explain to me why updates cannot be applied to current worlds, and have not so far
I think that minecraft is one of those exclusive titles that helps xbox keep a certain status, much like halo. Sony has their exclusive power titles like God of War. Where is the competition if everyone has access to any title they ever wanted? I like being part of a group, rather than one in the crowd, I think minecraft should remain exclusive to current editions
I plan to ignite just one then allow a chain reaction to continue. I just need to know the possible consequences. I just tried some of it but very little explodes because it is currently surrounded by water, but when its surrounded by tnt it'll be a different story so I can't really test a small area right now because of the water. Any other ideas
I'm building a huge tower that's partially underwater. I figured replacing the water with tnt would be easier than digging out whatever other block cuz I can just ignite it and let it go. I just don't want the game to freeze. I think doing it in quarters is the best idea, but its still a 50x50 quarter of a circle going as deep as 20 blocks, so however many tnt that is, would it freeze, and or crash my game?
Is anyone else having problems with the game reverting to the previous save? As in I save the game, but when I reload it takes me back to the save before, as if I didn't save at all
I haven't implemented this method yet but I'm thinking that I'll dig a short tunnel in the general direction, then blow some tnt. Maybe kill a couple mobs in the process. Either way, you were probably going to mine that way anyhow.
I am declaring multiple over world portals impossible. I have tried creating a portal at least 300 from any other portal and i still get sent to either two original portals. Anybody else to confirm?
Edit: Idk the exact math but it looks like you can pull it off by having a portal in the center, then near any edge on the map. Possibly a maximum of 9 portals.
New but same issue, I created another further from the one I just mentioned and it sent me to the first portal I created in the nether. Is this because the nether is so much smaller? Should I only create portals in the nether?
I built a second portal to the nether in the overworld but when I went through it sent me to the same nether portal that my first overworld portal sent me to. can you only build one portal In each world? I dont understand why this happened. My second portal is a significant distance from my first. help please
