    Thanks for replies.
    I've triple-checked it - in server.properties "allow-flight=true". I also tried to delete server.properties, generate it again and set allow-flight to true - problem still there.

    I have a problem with thaumostatic harness: it works in single world but doesn't on my server. When I press H with thaumostatic harness equipped I'm just hover but can't fly up and down. In single world it works fine.
