I like to think I'm just as mature as a 17 year-old college student should be (which is enough I suppose) And I'm just a sociable person who's willing to put his time into the server and enjoys both the game and the duties of an Admin.
How dedicated will you be to the server - Fully, I'm not active in any other servers at the moment.
Wanna help with my website(yes or no?)- Of course! I'll do as much as I can for it, I created and ran a forum for one of the classic servers I co-owned, and at least have some experience with that. My coding knowledge is limited to java, and not too much at that, but I'd be willing to help where I can.

Being staff is the position that's closest to any gaming community, which means that you have to work to keep the community together but you also can participate in its affairs more closely. Additionally, being an admin means you are an image for the server, so your actions and words must be on point at all times, if you're imprudent, excessively silly, or immature, that will reflect on the server and it's important for an admin to be proper at all times (which does not mean said admin can't have fun)
What you would do if someone is breaking the rules
That's not my decision to make really, I'll follow your guidelines for first, second and repeated offenses, whatever they entail. Generally most guidelines say warning for first offenses and then kick/mute/ban depending on the nature and severity of the offense.
Again, if someone breaks the rules, I'll rely on your guidelines and rules primarily.

How can I trust you: Trust is built, but if you're willing to take my word for it, I've been banned once in my entire 6+ years playing Minecraft, and that was in a classic server about 5 years ago, from then on I've been a responsible and positive contributor to servers I've been to. Additionally, I don't know if this helps, but I'm a college student so no Middle School shenanigans or anything of the sort, I'm serious and dedicated.
