Yeah, we're going over the map and making sure things are you know, good. We're also testing things out and putting in warps. We'll hopefully launch friday, I need to talk to our plugins guy about fixing permissions

I think they are making sure everything looks tip top before opening it up to us. Which is understandable. I rather them take and devote the time to a well made build rather then open up a server and say "go where ever, act however...Just stay in character."
I would love to see this up and running and the anticipation is killing me. I am very excited and would love to help in any way I can. Until then I will wait patiently to be whitelisted, with fingers crossed.
Your bio makes you sound like you're a key figure in CoG/whatever the name might end up. You'll start off like everyone else, with nothing and only your hopes (or some crap like that). Accepted but you won't be this super important scientist, right off the bat anyway

Why do you want to be a part of this server? I am a big fan of Steampunk I have never tried a RP server and I thought this would be a great one to start in.

Bio: Eugene Ingenious Octavius was born to New Sera to Enoc Octavius, a genius inventor for the great Chuck Hoffman and the Coalition. From birth he was groomed under direct order of Hoffman to be his fathers successor. With a mother who had died during birth and a father buried in work and in regret for the lack of attention he gave his son, Eugene often found himself reading late at the citadel libraries. After all his father was a lead engineer, which gave Eugene a bit more freedom then most. Eugene had fallen asleep once again with his nose in a book when the riots broke out during which his father was cut down during a presentation on steam injectors. He was roused from slumber at the sound of loud explosions and screams, his life only saved by being stowed in a cubby by a handmaiden to the high inquisitor and good friend to his mother when she was alive. After the smoke had settled he was found and initiated into the C.O.G. to succeed his fathers and continue his work. With added rank came added stress but he considered himself lucky to not be of the common worker and fighter for the lower ranks. There is a way to harness steam power for 100% efficiency, his fathers work came close and he was determined to finish it.
I would really appreciate an answer on this. I just made one step by step as your video has shown but I cannot seem to hit any with my sword. Any ideas?
