    WAIT, one more thing..
I used a different e-mail than my current account e-mail..
Will it only register it to the paypal email or does it register to the person I was logged into to click "Buy Now"?

It works with the account you were logged in wit. I purchased it for me from my paypal account, I then also purchased it for my brother from the same account. The first time I was logged in with my account, the second with his and it worked perfectly. Email doesn't matter, just who you're logged in with :wink.gif:

posted a message on Anti-Griefing / NewbieStupidity: Ability to set blocks 'safe'
The problem with such an idea is that it takes away from the free roam sandboxness of the game, if we're limited to only our blocks it'd become tedious and annoying, especially when expanding structures. I think the furthest this idea could work, is the ability to add 'approved builders', but then that can also be an annoyance for new players :sad.gif:

posted a message on Server administration: Specify server IP
I'd love the ability to specify the IP from which a server runs, the current limit is 4 servers per IP which is fine, but because it's impossible to specify the IP from which a server runs it makes it... annoying. I did some research and came across sockets, which are apparently what would need to be used to allow this. I basically want to be able to specify the IP from which the process runs, so I can run more than 4 servers on my dedicated server, I currently have quite a lot of IPs for this but can't use them :sad.gif:

I can see how that would be useful for ops, but the name scaling is realistic. I mean, real people don't have names floating over their head, but when they are far away, you can't really tell who it is, and the floating names reflect that. Like I said, though, it would be useful for ops to catch griefers.

The /teleport command works for that :smile.gif:

It doesn't really matter if people do, does it? Find a server, connect, if it's porn or something you don't want to play then disconnect and play on another server. I know that I will definitely be running 'vanilla' servers alongside modified maps, it's stupid to remove all normal maps.

Check out the wiki :biggrin.gif: I don't recommend that it's copy + pasted though, because inevitably some legit players may get blocked, but it's your choice...

I think paying for it is ok but 20 euros (about $30 US) is way too much for this. Something like 5 euros ($10) is more like what I'd be willing to pay, and would still generate a pretty nice profit depending on hosting costs.

The current price is only $14 :smile.gif:

posted a message on Maze/puzzle Gamemode
I think capture the flag is planned, it's the game mode I most want to see. It'd be brilliant to have about 30 minutes to build our own structures and caves, then the flag is dropped at a random location on the map, then each team races to find it, once they find it they've got to work as a team to get to the other teams base - which can be well hidden, through lava and rocks - to score. This is the beauty of minecraft; there are so many possibilities that could create enormous amounts of fun! :biggrin.gif:

posted a message on Automatic avatar icons
Depending on whether or not this would cause lag within the browser - I'm not that experienced with java applets - it could be possible to have a user supply their minecraft username on registration and their avatar is automatically changed to the little display applet of their character, so we can see it running in a circle all the time. It could be annoying though :biggrin.gif:

I'm up for integrating whatever you want though Notch, so if you're able to put together the images I can integrate them as avatars :biggrin.gif:

When you purchase your account is upgraded, if the purchase has gone through - it should have done - then you'll be able to upload your skin here. If there's been a problem and you can't and in your account it says the payment has been sent, send an email to [email protected] and he'll help you out :smile.gif:

Kinda a cool idea, but hey, DING DING, isn't this game about creating stuff in-game :S?

    Damn people are lazy. :3

As far as I can tell the point behind this is creating custom level bases, so instead of having a randomly generated map that you have no control over, you build your own map with this then anyone can build over it. For example, you could build a giant castle and have users modify it in game, or a big city where users can design their own building insides, which would take hundreds of hours to do manually.
