when you go to open a large chest it works fine, but you cannot pick up or modify the bottom 3 rows of your characters inventory, its as if the inventory window just ends, because it throws the item on the ground. hope this helps
PS: for all you who dont know how to update the MC server, just redownload the minecraft_server.jar to your server (remember to remove the old one before you wget the new one on linux)
