    i have an idea that when u create a new world a gui appears that says would you like to be a necromancer our a priest and depending on what you choose it would be like this necromancer's get4 basic spells 1 the ability to teleport to the nether, 2 when u use it the first time a gui appears asking you what mob u would like it to turn u into and you can never change it after you choose so you can only turn into a human or that mob,3 raise dead you can sumon a zombie,zombie pig man,or skeleton archer, but the mob is chosen at random,4 the /killall command in signle player commands can only use 1 every 5 min(1 during day 1 during night ). priest 1 guardian angle summon a guardian angle to protect you from poisons etc. 2, teleport similar to enderman teleport, 3 the ability to teleport to a type of ather, 4 a heal hunger and harts command. but you have a mana bar the limits how often u cast so if you have 20 mana and a spell cost ten mana then after casting it you only have ten mana left

    also... a little observation... flying chicken?really? the fact you don't have fall damage should be enough to make me want to shift in a chicken...

    Or... last minute idea... make some kind of magic amulets that allows to transform just in some things, depending on the amulet tier... like:
    - tier1 just the neutral mobs (counting even wolves and ocelots)
    - tier2 basic aggressive mobs like spider, zombie, pigzombies, creepers and skellys
    - tier3 advanced aggressive mobs: endermans, spiderjokey, blaze, ghast, golems
    - tier4 special giant and dragon
    I may have forget someone... well you got the classification idea...
    the creator probably wont be able to do a spider jockey because its classified as 2 creators

    EDIT: I just can't figure out how to open the menu to change models. I've hit the U key about 20 times now, the shape shifting menu just wont open :(
    they both change the vq class and unless the stuff in the vq class are the same for each mod then one of them wont work properly

    no what i mean is every single animal in game is invisible
