Sorry about that. I didn't get the forum notification again. Link fixed.
Also, I do not intend to update Automap for Minecraft 1.10.
Sorry it took so long. I uploaded the update for 1.9 today. It uses Forge just like the last release.
Yes, I some time ago I built a version using an MCP beta, but not in Forge plugin format. I see that Forge is available for 1.9 now so maybe I can put something together this week for release.
It seems likely to me that your world is loading too slowly, as automap starts requesting map data when it is still far away. If this map data hasn't yet been loaded in Minecraft when automap requests it, it will remain blank/black and only the 4 nearest chunks will be updated continuously. Try the Reset Realtime Map hotkey, default I think is "X". This will cause automap to reload all cached block data.
This also might happen if your draw distance is set too low in Minecraft. If so, you could try tweaking the realtime map width in automap settings to be a closer match for your draw distance in-game.
Thanks for letting me know! The server host had migrated my account to a new platform and failed to get the file permissions right. It is fixed now.
I finally updated AutoMap for Minecraft 1.8. Sorry it isn't 1.8.3; I don't get any choice in the matter because Minecraft Forge isn't available for 1.8.3. But you can play on 1.8.3 servers with a 1.8 client.

I've installed AutoMap today using 0.7.8.1 on Mincraft 1.6.2, and I'm having a problem with the "Teleportation Auto-Detection Protection" option in Power Toys.
Basically if I deselect the tick box and click Done, it is then re-selected when I open options again. As a result I'm only ever able to teleport 9.5 blocks.
I'm in survival mode running single player.
I have integrated AM into the jar file along with x-ray mod and mcpatcher so they may be causing a conflict. As a result I will create a new copy of my original jar and try again.
