Come on guys!! We spent money on this

So my friend and I have been wanting to start a server for a couple of years and we finally decided to try. We heard about global7hosting and bought two months worth to see where it goes. The server works but how do we add plugins? We see nothing about how to do it online, so I came to the forums for help! Please reply and help us!!
