    Thanks so much for working hard on a great mod.

    FYI, I was using the 1.11 version and noticed that when you look at the permissions for a bag, and hover over "Public" it references "Private" and vice versa. Do I trust what the button says or what the tool tip says? :)

    @Noppes is there any chance this issue could be resolved for 1.7.10?: https://minecraft.curseforge.com/projects/custom-npcs/issues/1828

    I'm not sure if it's been fixed for later versions, but I've tested using only forge and CNPC 1.7.10 installed.

    I've tested all the shields and I've tested it agains hand held weapons plus arrows, but the shields don't absorb any damage.

    According to here, they are supposed to absorb all the damage: http://www.kodevelopment.nl/minecraft/customnpcs/items

    I've built a Player Character class around being able to use shields and function as a "tank" like character, but this is a deal breaker.

    I know 1.7.10 is older now, but if you could patch it with a fix I wold be happy to throw a donation your way.

    Awesome, thank you. I will look at the script.

    I found a quick and dirty method by creating a quest to give an NPC "money" or an item, and when you have the item he wants and right click him, he runs the tp command to teleport you to the coordinates that you specify as part of completing the quest.

    I noticed with More Player Models 1.7.10 I can add horns, antlers, etc to my character, but when I create NPC's the horns option isn't there. Am I missing something or are horns not an option for the 1.7.10 version of Custom NPC's?

    @AuronFFX If you ignore damage, and your recipe requeires something like a sword, then someone could craft an item using a sword with only one durability point left instead of requiring a pristine sword



    Here's a quesiton I have: In the 1.7.10 version of Custom NPC's, is there a way for some recipes to only be craftable on the anvil vs the Carpentry bench, or are they basically considered the same item when it comes to CustomNPC crafting?

    Yes, I would prefer my players only use the "player" model instead of all the other mob models available.
    I want other players on the server to be able to see each others changed player model.
    Hope that makes more sense.
    How would I do what you described above ("disabled the ability to turn into mob models,")?

    I have one model that shows up in the list (from a different mod) that when a player selects it, it crashes the connection, and will not allow the player back on.
