Ummm i'd say that about 50% of the minecrafters use redstone. And this update adds much more than redstone things that only experts can use. its not hard to figure out a daylight sensor and and Hopper has no redstone involved.

Hello everyone! I love doing things for the community so, why not create free banners for everyone! I will be creating one much like mine, with the grass blocks in the back and the font on top with a shadow, if you would like a free banner please tell me this info:

Hello there fellow Minecrafters, I have come up with these concepts of the new 1.5 items/blocks (yes its Dinnerbone proven fake) . Please take a look

1. New possible day/night sensor?

During day

and it changes during night.

2. Item collector/transporter?

Sucks items off ground


and puts them into a chest adjacent to the block.

3. Nether ore/ Ruby ore?

Spawned in overworld.

Ruby Item.


Spawned naturally in the nether.
