Since the video is Docm77s, there's pretty much a 100% chance that it still works. He's extremely reliable, and it's not too difficult to make if you know what you're doing. If worst comes to worst, you can always build it in a creative test world. Good luck!
Hola fellow Minecrafters. I recently got Minecraft on the Xbox 360, and I love earning achievements. What is an easy way of aquiring arrows? Is it setting up a chicken farm, tree farm and digging gravel?
Is it possible to use iron golems as guards around my house? Will they attack every enemy entering the vicinity or just those attacking me? Will it wander off? Is it an effective use for iron ingots?
If you're really dedicated to get arrows, search for a skeleton dungeon.
Yes, you can use iron golems as guards around your house, but they will escape, so set up some fences (sometimes they'll glitch of the on top of the fence and escape, so watch them carefully.) However, if you're putting iron golems inside your house, then you don't fences (obviously.) Iron golems will attack every mob except creepers. This trait makes them effient if you have a couple of cats inside/around your house. Iron golems are definitely not good for getting iron ingots unless you have an iron golem farm, which you'll need a village for you to actually get good drops. The reason they're not good for getting iron ingots is because they require 36 iron ingots to create, and when killed only drop 3-5 I believe. Hope this helps.
Enclose yourself in a pitch black room with 5 stacks of bonemeal and grass floors, spam bonemeal on the grass, so that when the flowers spawn, it's dark so they uproot, and you don't have to destroy them!
