    posted a message on 1.4.2 Achievements and stats resetting.
    Same happened to me when I updated to 1.4. Mods shouldn't be the problem since the stats resets on vanilla minecraft 1.4. Didn't have this problem when I was updating from 1.3 to 1.4.
    Is there any solutions at all? A minecraft stats editor would be nice.

    Thank you! I finally got two of my blocks working! :biggrin.gif:

    But my multi-textured block still need some minor changes to work. Mind if I post the error and the code here?

    I'm running MCP 5.6.

    Might modloader's source files be the issue that prevents the recompiling?

    Using Minecraft 1.1.jar with the latest modloader. Not sure if it's necessary to place the modloader files in the .jar, but it worked fine when 1.8 was out, same with the code.

    Error when decompiling the .jar, but decompiling did still succeed.
    -removed-
    As mentioned, this coded worked fine for 1.8, but obviously something has changed in 1.1.

    posted a message on [SOLVED] Block clip of sides of other blocks
    Oh, I haven't noticed I've got replies. It has been silence for a few days, so I thought people gave up on me :tongue.gif:

    But I just managed to solve it. I separated the files into block_* and mod_* and it's working partially. The block no longer clip of sides of other blocks, but entities and player can't stand on it. The block acts like a trampoline when entities are on it. The shadows are also a bit dark, but not relay a problem.

    Hang on, let me recompile and see if I managed to fix it.

    Fixed:

    Finally I can make nice looking tables and shelfs :biggrin.gif:

    I will thank everyone for their replies :smile.gif:

    Block ID 98 is already used by the stonebricks. Try change it to something else. ID 120 and less is occupied as seen here.

    Maybe it would be easier for you to help if you actually have the code. I've should have shown it when I first made the thread.

    mod_WeirMod_woodenPlate.java:
    /* Created by Brainader 21/9/2011 */
    /* Messed up by Weir 25/9/2011 */
    /* Last updated by Weir 03/10/2011 */

    package net.minecraft.src;

    public class mod_WeirMod_woodenPlate extends BaseMod
    {
    	public mod_WeirMod_woodenPlate()
    	{

    		ModLoader.RegisterBlock( WeirWoodenPlate );
    		ModLoader.AddName( WeirWoodenPlate, "Wooden Plate" );
    		WeirWoodenPlate.blockIndexInTexture = ModLoader.addOverride( "/terrain.png", "/weirmod/woodplate.png" );
    		WeirWoodenPlate.setBlockBounds(0.0F, 0.0F, 0.0F, 1.0F, 0.125F, 1.0F);
    		WeirWoodenPlate.enableStats = false;

    		/* Wooden Plate Recipe */
    		ModLoader.AddRecipe( new ItemStack( WeirWoodenPlate, 6 ), new Object[] {
    			"AAA", Character.valueOf('A'), Block.pressurePlatePlanks
    		});
    	}

    	public boolean renderAsNormalBlock()
    	{
        	return false;
    	}

    	public boolean isOpaqueCube()
    	{
        	return false;
    	}

    	public String Version()
    	{
    		return "1.8.1";
    	}

    	public static final Block WeirWoodenPlate;

    	static
    	{
    		WeirWoodenPlate = (new Block(221, 0, Material.wood)).setHardness(0.7F).setResistance(5F).setLightOpacity(255).setStepSound(Block.soundWoodFootstep).setTickOnLoad(true).setBlockName("WeirWoodenPlate").setRequiresSelfNotify();
    	}

    }

    I also read this post that nerd-boy linked to. What I didn't understand there is a mystery, but I did at least try.
    Here's the modified block .java and render .java files. Both of them gives errors that is listed below.

    mod_WeirMod_woodenPlate.java modified a bit:
    /* Created by Brainader 21/9/2011 */
    /* Messed up by Weir 25/9/2011 */
    /* Last updated by Weir 03/10/2011 */

    {
    	public mod_WeirMod_woodenPlate()
    	{

    		ModLoader.RegisterBlock( WeirWoodenPlate );
    		ModLoader.AddName( WeirWoodenPlate, "Wooden Plate" );
    		WeirWoodenPlate.blockIndexInTexture = ModLoader.addOverride( "/terrain.png", "/weirmod/woodplate.png" );
    		WeirWoodenPlate.setBlockBounds(0.0F, 0.0F, 0.0F, 1.0F, 0.125F, 1.0F);
    		WeirWoodenPlate.enableStats = false;

    		/* Wooden Plate Recipe */
    		ModLoader.AddRecipe( new ItemStack( WeirWoodenPlate, 6 ), new Object[] {
    			"AAA", Character.valueOf('A'), Block.pressurePlatePlanks
    		});
    	}

        	return false;
    	}

    	public boolean renderAsNormalBlock()
    	{
        	return false;
    	}

    	public String Version()

    	}

    }

    	}

    	{

                        	return mod_WeirMod_RenderPlate(block, i, j, k, renderblocks);
                	}
                	return false;
    	}

    	public boolean mod_WeirMod_RenderPlate(Block block, int i, int j, int k, RenderBlocks renderblocks)
        	{
                	block.setBlockBounds(0.0F, 0.0F, 0.0F, 1.0F, 0.125F, 1.0F);

                	return true;
        	}

    }
